The lame finish of the main event sucked and anything with Giant Gonzalez was hard to watch, God bless his soul. Not much else was overly bad. The tag matches were solid and the entire Bret/Lawler chaos was some of the best stuff they were doing at the time. The rest of your list I agree with.

Anything with HBK as the main event. I cant stand that guy. I skipped most of the ppvs where he was featured as the main guy.

anything in the past 20 or so years. Not necessarily "bad" but just not as good as the good ol days.

Starrcade 89 was pretty bad. Great American Bash 91 was terrible. The 95 King of The Ring might be the most disappointing for me, given the talent they had at the time. Halloween Havoc 95 is a personal favorite but i can see why people hate it.

Anything post-2006 to today. The last decade of PPV's have been horrible and just a blur to me as most are unmemorable. Sometimes I get the years mixed up and think events that happened in one year actually happened in another year. It's been a dark period for me and is most likely to continue being a dark period for me. I'll take anything pre-2006 even the PPV's considered bad like King Of The Ring 1995, Wrestlemania 9, Wrestlemania 11 etc. over anything that came after 2006. Except for December To Dismember 2006. I agree with that one. They screwed that one up badly after the awesome ECW One Night Stand PPV's. ECW was no longer EC f'n W anymore. I 2nd this.

No long term effect = no reason to care

Not trying to hijack the thread but as someone who was down on the modern WWE product for a long time, I must recommend checking out New Japan. 2017 New Japan will go down as one of the absolute best pro wrestling years of all-time; historians/experts have been bringing up 1989 WCW comparisons. Trust me, it will reinvigorate your passion for wrestling. It did for me. To say all wrestling is bad these days is to say all music is bad ... pop music (WWE) might be down, but there's always something good if you look hard enough for it. Back on topic: For WWF, King of the Ring '95, Mania 11, In Your House 4 (man oh man watched it a few months ago, awful)

Based on what was being promoted, how much was charged and what ended up being delivered, Wrestlemania 25 and 27 have to be up there.

On paper, December To Dismember will always be the first one that comes to mind. Weird thing is, I actually enjoyed it.

There have been plenty of bad PPVs, but Survivor Series 1993 stands out in my mind because it was so poorly planned. Nothing worked on this card for a variety of reasons. For those who haven't seen it, let me make a brief comment on each match:
1. The 1–2–3 Kid, Marty Jannetty, Randy Savage and Razor Ramon vs. Adam Bomb, Diesel, Irwin R. Schyster and Rick Martel (with Harvey Wippleman)-
The action wasn't particularly bad and Savage as a last-minute substitute for Mr. Perfect might have added a little appeal to an otherwise thrown-together match that the crowd never fully embraced.
2. The Hart Family (Bret Hart, Bruce Hart, Keith Hart and Owen Hart) (with Stu Hart) defeated Shawn Michaels and His Knights (The Black Knight, The Blue Knight, The Red Knight)
This was supposed to be Jerry Lawler instead of HBK (hence the knights of the king concept), which killed some of the match's heat. HBK and Bret were both eliminated early, leaving the crowd to watch Owen and a bunch of guys whom they barely knew.
The Heavenly Bodies (Jimmy Del Ray and Tom Prichard) (with Jim Cornette) vs The Rock 'n' Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) (c) Tag team match for the SMW Tag Team Championship
There wasn't much heat for this either since only a small portion of the crowd seemed to remember the R&R Express and the name "Smokey Mountain" didn't seem to resonate.
The Bushwhackers (Butch and Luke) and Men on a Mission (Mabel and Mo) (with Oscar) vs. Bam Bam Bigelow, Bastion Booger, and The Headshrinkers (Fatu and Samu) (with Afa and Luna Vachon)
This was centered around the Bam Bam vs. Doink feud, even though Doink didn't wrestle that night. The babyfaces dressed like Doink and acted like clowns. It was bizarre and the crowd sat on their hands.
The All-Americans (Lex Luger, The Steiner Brothers (Rick Steiner and Scott Steiner) and The Undertaker) (with Paul Bearer) defeated The Foreign Fanatics (Crush, Jacques, Ludvig Borga and Yokozuna) (with Jim Cornette, Johnny Polo and Mr. Fuji)
This match had some decent heat, but Yoko and Taker barely saw action. It ended with Luger in the ring with Borga, which fittingly ended a terrible effort by the WWF. Then Santa Claus came out.
Yes, it's all as bad as it sounds.

The Hart’s and the Knights match didn’t excite me, but the main points of the story to take away made sense: Owen being eliminated and blaming Bret, Michaels running away from the odds. I feel if Lawler was in there, he would have been humiliated to defeat.
