pretttty sure you at least get paid in Impact Wrestling. Seriously, why does everyone think Anthem is poor? Sure, they can't draw for sh-t, but it's not like they're barely chugging along from taping-to-taping. Because Jarrett said they were?

Jeff Jarrett. Someone who doesn't even work at Anthem. Or maybe the owner was part of a huge media mogul family in Canada, and they also own the Fight Network.

Probably not the best time to take on more financial burden. No way tax credits will off set additional costs of all the commuting talent. Perhaps they will begin to put their talent on the chopping block unless they agree to relocate....minus El Pedazo de Mierda. God knows, they bow down to him. You are correct! From what I read tonight, a lot of talent is being let go so they can use Canadian indy stars, and producers. I saw Storm is gone...but did you see anyone else?

Yeah, there is a list of ring talent gone, including referees. Also, a lot of the camera men and producers from the USA have gotten let go or are being told not to come anymore, so Scott D'Amore can replace them with Canadian people, probably from his BCW fed. Honestly, I can't see how this is gonna work. I am Canadian and even I feel that to make it in this world as a wrestling promotion in North America, you have to be located in the USA and travel to Canada. Not base your company in Canada and work steadily here.

Yeah i haven't heard much about people being late on payment since before Anthem took over. Also, she tends to ruin a lot of threads, so its best not to respond to her, cause it'll lead to nothing but dumb arguments and the thread locked.

Real bummer that James Storm is gone,In my eyes a top ten all time talent in TNA and someone that should have been treated a lot better over the last few years as a real main event talent and world champion. With his lose that leave only a few old school TNA guys left in the company and only Abyss & JB as guys who have been their from day 1.
TNA still has a lot of talent in Drake,EC3,Morrison,Lashley,ADR,Edwards,Williams,Moose,Abyss...ect but if their real looking in cutting cost I think now would be the time to cut out Del Rio & Lashley.Del Rio because he must be the highest paid talent and more so the fact that he's a train wreck and hasn't help the company at all in the past year or so.As for Lashley he's split his time with MMA long enough and shold be fully focused on that side of his career,TNA needs guys that are focus only on TNA and helping the company.

Ethan Page gonna end up being the star of this company. Yes and Please. If Ethan Page does come in, that'd be cool. When FloSlanm put out WWN content for free for about a week, i started watching EVOLVE. One of the guys i discovered and started liking was Ethan Page. He'd do fine there. I dont see him being a top guy yet, but we'll see if he comes in what he does.......

Canadian wrestlers coming in is awesome exposure for them.
And name me one guy who has said they haven't been paid on time since Anthem took over... I like Jarrett, but you can't trust him when he says craplike that.

Even better, have someone like Meltzer, Alvarez, Mike Johnson ever reported that wrestlers were getting paid late since Anthem took over?

Closest thing was the report that they wanted to sell already because they were hemoraging money from the company, which they refuted. There are plenty things to legitimately criticize TNA over in 2017, but being broke isn't one of them.

I would have liked to see Storm get the next feud with Drake for the title. I loved the idea that the company is trying to promote lesser known talents. HOWEVER, if you continue to lose guys like Storm...you are going to be nothing more than the indy company down the road...cept you will have a cable tv show that no one is watching. You have to mix the roster and give the lesser known names an opportunity to establish themselves and become known. Thats why someone like Del Rio, who I despise, is a needed piece on the roster. Would I pay him huge dollars to do so? HELL NO! I think Johnny Impact is a better asset. I think Lashley is a better asset. But Del Rio is still a a big asset. I think TNA should be looking to sign both Emma and Summer Rae. Their female roster NEEDS some much needed established names. The men need some serious help in the bayfaces department. Aries and maybe when Neville is available...both would be big helps. Or they may need to look to turn Drake face, as he has been drawing some good cheers. A solid test of that would be against Moose. See how Drake fairs with cheers against Moose. Then you could look to have Adonis turn on Drake.

Storm was always leaving, just turned NXT for a bit because he needed the bigger IMPACT contract and part time availability to be with his wife and newborn. Such a shame, if Hogan and company had used him properly he could've been a huge star for the company. I'm split on El Patron atm, word is that talent within the company was unhappy that he was given his own trailer. Focusing on guys like Sami Callahan/oVe, LAX, and hopefully Ethan Page/Josh Alexander/Mike Bailey/Super Smash Bros in the next few months will be fun to watch. Whether or not those guys take the deals presented is up to them, I don't see why they wouldn't as it's the best chance they're going to have at properly getting work visas.

Weird move. I know there'd be some logistic hurdles to overcome, but imo they should have relocated to the UK. If you're going to relocate to a new country, at laser go to one where you actually have a fan base.
