Act like Jinder can’t win the title back before then and H wouldn’t put himself in a title match....., If Trips put himself over, he'd have to work Tuesdays. We all know Trips doesn't work Tuesdays. Oh he’s definitely putting Jinder over.

I can't wait to see the explosion when Jinder squashes AJ two nights after Survivor Series to win the belt back.
It's always fun when everyone loses their minds at the same time.

I actually thought about that too. Just because Jinder isn't getting his rematch in India, doesn't mean he won't be walking into India as WWE World Champion. He could very well win it off Styles on Smackdown Live or even at a live event house show.

This is good news. I don’t think we’re out of the woods yet on Mahal regaining the title. Wouldn’t shock me to see them give it back to Mahal at the December PPV

I don't understand why they never gave him a long US Title run. So much heat could be generated with Jinder holding the US Title. That's why I think too, he should go after the U.S. Title.

Couple quick thoughts... I'm okay with Jinder not getting his rematch. Give AJ a lengthy run. Keep Jinder in the upper mid-card and maybe revisit him as Champion in another year or so. I still say let him win the US title instead. Also Triple H will be able to judge where Jinder stands in the ring. If he can go, Triple H will know it. If not, Jinder's time on top could be almost over. This could be make or break for Jinder. Triple H vs Jinder actually sounds promising. Most accurate post I've ever read on this forum

I don't like it. They put so much into him, might as well give us some kind of payoff.

I just want to see Jinder win this because then not only would it solidify him as a player in WWE but also Jinder has the Singh Brothers to help him out and or Great Khali could show up especially if they are in India

It's kind of strange really as it just means they've pretty much wasted half of a year of Smackdown with an absolute failed experiment, and also wasted Nakamura in the process. Jinder winning the title in India would actually have been a hell of a moment and generated a ton of mainstream media buzz. Interesting to see what the Plan B is with AJ Styles though and who he faces at Wrestlemania if he is to keep it that long. Either way, he wont be main eventing though.

They cancelled one of the December house shows in India.

I'm thinking/guessing that the ticket sales to the India shows were not what Vince was expecting. Which would explain why he took the title off Jinder and for the cancellation of the second show. And as I said before, MAYBE Triple H's job is to see how Jinder does in the ring.
I don't have an issue with Jinder. I think he's improved. But I don't like the fact that Vince threw the title on him without any build. Without any story. He went from losing to Mojo to WWE champion in two weeks. Give the fans a reason to care and they will. Jinder's reign was much like Del Rio's. Fans weren't sold on him but Vince insisted we would grow to accept it. He was wrong.
That's why I say, take Jinder down a peg. But keep him lingering in the upper mid-card. Give him more time to develop his character and to improve in the ring. Still think a US title is the way to go. And maybe in another year or so they can revisit him as champion.

With the second India show being cancelled, I think we might be in the clear with Jinder. He (and the entire India experiment) were a total abject failure, and WWE seems to be cutting their losses and moving on. Too bad we had to be subjected to six months of garbage to figure out what most of us already knew.

Like I said last week, if only this company cared as much about appeasing their own fans in America - who actually generate most of their income - as much as they're doing with this clown and India.
