I’m all for more Hogan’s, but good luck competing with what Storm is currently doing with their Hollywood figs. I understand the Storm figures' proportions are slightly bulkier and the rubber crotch piece isn't everyone's cup of tea, but for those who only display their collections that figure is absolutely gorgeous and fits in very well with the Mattel crew. Also, it's one of the only figures that can truy replicate Hogan's famous flexing pose which makes it look that much better on display. I find myself just staring at it sometimes because it looks so damn good.

Python Power Hulk Hogan is all I truly need Same here. I'll buy all they put out, but a circa 1990 Hogan is my #1 want.

Its okay Hulkster, I forgive you. We have all done something stupid. If I was that rich and famous you can bet your ass Id make a fool of myself at least once. Even though he was having a private conversation and was unaware he was being filmed. Say what you will, we have all said something we wouldnt want someone else to hear in private.
If hes back for the anniversary I will mark the f out.
On to the actual topic. I say they should for sure give him a new bulkier torso with a very bronze skin tone. No kitbashing. They need to go all out and not give us a HOF Repaint like they almost did.

If he does get made eventually I hope he gets a real shirt and not that split down the middle one they showed.

I hope they change the torso up, give him a new head mold, and change the weight belt to say HOLLYWOOD. I'm confident Mattel can knock out a great Hollywood Hogan with a few tweaks.

In all honesty the Mattel Hollywood Hogan was ok at best. It was lacking what a lot of previous hogans were. You would think that flair and hogan being some of wwe's biggest stars of all time would have their own unique torsos. I'm not sure in what world hogan and flair have the same abs as sheamus and Del Rio. The kneepads could of used the white trim, gloves could of been fingerless, he did wear the hulkster belt but Hollywood would of been a better choice and the boots seemed to only have one tone on blue and white flames. If anything I think the Austin torso was a better fit if they wanted to idealize or use stock parts, the Kane torso as another great option. I do hope this figure comes out, but there's work to be done to improve it. I don't have the storm collectibles, but they captured hogan's round flabbish torso correctly. For now I made my own Hollywood out of the hall of fame, but unfortunately I'm stuck with the sheamus torso.

I'm not so sure he's coming back. Every dirt sheet I've read says he's going to be knee deep in Bischoff's new promotion. As far as parts? I'm not overly familiar with who has what torso but maybe the E30 Batista?

I think the Hollywood figure would have ended up quite a bit better than that 3d rendering we saw... it was very early in production, after all. I remember Bill being asked about the belt, and saying it could be changed from "Hulkster" to "Hollywood"... similar changes could (would?) probably have been made to the gloves, boots and kneepads too.
