Was an LJN collector and customizer. Started collecting new Mattels in August. Had a heavy surge of about $600 to build up my collection and grab some must haves. Moving forward I hope to keep it around $100 a month. $70 on new and $30 on older items.

Varies as I collect other things. But for elites it’s all based on what releases tbh.

Since the only thing I collect is WCW figures, I've started having a guy on eBay do customs for me since Mattel is holding back on flashbacks a bit (at least in the main line) so my budget has went up a bit.

I'm not sure. If I had to guess I would say I spend about $150-$200 every month on Mattel WWE. My sons transformers G1 collection I must spend like close to $100 every month. He is spoiled rotten .

It just depends on what new figures are out for me. I know what I've spent total, and it is quite a bit. I collect at least one of each on the current rosters and most figures from the past, minus some during the Ruthless Aggression area when I quit watching for a while. I try to be reasonable and get them as cheap as I can (eBay for older figures and wait for the new figures to hit Amazon or stores).

My brother has spent 1500$ in the last 2 months. He could care less, he just wants walls of elites. He's well off and can afford it.
At the end of the day I always think about spending 20$ or more on plastic and card board.

2010-2015 way too much. Nowadays maybe 2 or 3 elites a month. And that is a good month lol.

I should also point out that if distribution was more streamlined, organized and promoted this number would absolutely go up. There are plenty of figures out right now that haven’t come close to seeing the light of day in my area. I’m not going to pay a scalpers upcharge on eBay and, truth be told, buying online doesn’t have that same endorphin bump buying in-store has. Mattel’s main obstacle from squeezing more revenue out of me... is Mattel.

With me buying some for my collection and buying some for my nephew I spent probably close to $250 this month but most months around $100. Ringsides Black Friday sale I'll probably spend atleast $100-$150 so this month is gonna hurt the wallet.

My purchases vary way to much to get an average monthly cost. Some times there’s a lot that I want coming out, then other times I’m waiting for a while before something that I want gets released.
Like currently (other than Alexa’s Elite) I’m caught up on Elites and Battle Packs, and I think Basics for awhile. But I’m looking for HOF 5 and still need to order RSC Savage.

anywhere from 100 to 400 a month. Depending on what's out there.

used to be 40 a month. now its more like 40 every 3 months... skipping E53-E56 and unless target gets HOF in , then ill be spending nothing for like 4 months. which even amazes me. although I may cave and get a couple RSC exclusives. and maybe DM Jericho once the price drops. its quite ashame they picked the new model of basically no flashbacks in the main elite line .. what a dumb move.

See my thing is I buy a lot of figures for parts to create new figures. So I’ll buy 2 or 3 every paycheck to create one custom. But I also sell my unwanted figures online. So it’s like a self sustaining hobby
