As far as the UK goes do you think they should host a Big 4 PPV? By Big 4 I mean Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam or even Survivor Series do you think the UK should host it? Why or why not?
Personally I would want to see the UK host a Big 4 PPV but do I think it would ever happen? Probably not again in this lifetime
The last time a Big 4 event was ever hosted in the UK was in 1992...25 years ago SummerSlam 1992 who will ever forget the Bret/Bulldog main event for the WWF Intercontinental Championship? That was SummerSlam and personally I know that if the UK ever hosted a SummerSlam event it would be something special
However as far as Survivor Series or Royal Rumble in the UK...it is something that has never been done before but could you imagine though?
As far as a WrestleMania in the UK...now that I would love to see but I don't think it would ever happen

They deserve it with what a big market the UK is for wrestling. Unfortunately, I think the time difference between the UK and over here in the US (considering WWE is based in the US and it’s their biggest market) would make WWE back away from doing a PPV as big as Wrestlemania in the UK. The only big 4 I could see them doing there these days is Survivor Series, considering it’s the smallest of the big 4 PPVs.
I think the spoilers would kill them for the big 4 as well. They didn’t have dirt sheets and forums back when they did Summerslam in the UK in 1992, so it was a lot easier for them to keep stuff secret.

I think it would be cool but I'd imagine it wouldnt be as profitable as one of the big 4 PPVs on American soil.

I think they could get away with Survivor Series and have a Team USA, Team Europe and then a Team Rest Of The World type deal.

If Money in the Bank is going to become a dual branded PPV like rumored, then I wouldn't mind seeing the UK get that to try it out. As said above I wouldn't want one of the big 4 to be spoiled because of the time difference but I don't see a SD or Raw only branded PPV being a big enough deal to go to UK.

Spoilers and the internet has pretty much put the kibosh of that happening. But if they could somehow work around it, sure.

I could see it happening live, sadly on this side of the pond it would be an early afternoon - late morning show.
With almost everything taking place on the network now it could be very feasible. More then likely it would be either Summerslam or Survivor Series if it was going to happen.

If they did, it would have to air in the afternoon here in the US to be live.

Time difference is 5-8 hours from the UK to the US. If the PPV is to start at 7:00 with the two hour kick off starting at 5:00 then you're asking people on the West Coast in the US to start watching at 9:00 AM. I don't see them starting a Big 4 that early and I don't see them doing a tape delay. I don't see them doing it for a normal PPV either but its more likely since those start at 8:00 with the kickoff at 7:00 so you'd be starting at 11:00 on the West Coast. Best you can hope for would be a Network Special or a non Big 4 NXT Takeover.

The time difference makes it not worthwhile to do for a major show, but a Payback or Battleground type event, sure.

Would be cool. If timing and spoilers are issues, why not hold it on a Saturday? MMA and Boxing do it all the time on Saturday.
Problem is it wouldn’t live up to expectations. SS 1992 is so iconic for not just being the only Big 4 PPV in the UK, but we got Bret/Bulldog which is an all time classic. We got Savage/Warrior (while not a classic, still awesome seeing these two go at it for the first time since WM7).
SS 1992 just had a huge feel to it. What would they put out there to make it a historic event? Roman vs “random opponent?” To me they’d have to go with someone like Balor in a huge matchup, or Neville getting a big push culminating here if he ever comes back (won’t ever happen with Vince around).
To me it would just turn out to be another bland PPV unfortunately with rematches galor since they waste all their big matchups on “B PPVs” and free TV.

Maybe not a Big Four event, but a WWE Network special would be cool.
