That’s the 12” Hogan head shrunk down, right? That whole custom is a thing of beauty. It’s difficult to find a Hogan without a shirt. Man, I’ll have to search eBay for one of my own.  It sure is. The guy that sold me this custom once owned the actual proto head. He 3D scanned it before selling it to Zack Ryder. I knew that if I was going to get an exact scan scaled down I'd have to pick this up. T’is a thing of beauty. Good purchase. I am the jelly. LoL |

I havent been doing much in the way of hand making customs, but I've been soaking in as much as I could with 3D modeling. I was "had" by Creality in China. I paid $900 for a scanner back on August 18th, and they've made every excuse as to why it hasnt been shipped. I'm now dealing with the middle man, PayPal to cancel the order and recoup my money. So that slowed me down. Once I pick up a different scanner, I'll get to work. I'll scan that Hulk head and let you know when I do. |

Man, sorry to hear they tried to rip you off - I hope you manage to clear it up & get all your money back. Look forward to seeing any 3D stuff or custom figures whenever you get stuff done. I’ve been working on quite a few different things, most of which still aren’t finished yet. But I’ll post some pics when I get a chance as always good to get feedback. |

My paints, 3D printer and figures are all with her, probably until Sunday. If any of you guys pray, please ask God for healing. It's a tough time, but I'll be back on my horse. Yeah, I’m realising that it has a significant therapeutic affect on me as well. Once late autumn/winter hits, I usually notice my mood dip a bit - not helped by being a roofing carpenter on construction sites in the cold & pissing down rain! But between working on customs & starting my new business as a counsellor/psychotherapist, this year I don’t seem to have dipped like usual. During my counselling training course, I was told that a good practice to keep positive mental health is to do something physical (exercise etc.) & something creative each week. Seems to have helped me.... And speaking of customs, I have another to share... |
