Just seen these great customs of Hall and Luger at instagram. Is anybody able to give me a receipt? I only collect Retros, so I have really no clue what figures of Hall and Luger were used here. http://instagram.com/p/BuUxiozH-kR All in all I really need to start checking the market for Basic and Elite figures of characters that already have been featured as a Retro in order to switch heads. Most of the Retro heads look goofy and the Basic/Elite heads are often far superior.

So I’m thinking of attempting a Dino Bravo retro figure. I’m likely going to use a Jakks Don Muraco head, but not sure which body and action yet. I always think it’s cool when they can do their finisher, so what do you guys think would work best for the side slam? I suppose Braun....Or maybe Sheik could do it?

I used a Brock upper body and Rock lower body to make a 2002 Lesnar. I had to mix paint and change the leg color and use Goof-off and Q-tips to remove the gloves. DON'T use that on the torso though. The torso plastic cant handle it..only arms can. Use Goo-Gone and lightly scratch away tattoos with exacto knife a little at a time.

Maybe I need to try get hold of another Brock. Only problem is I’m not sure if I can get Goof-off or Goo-gone in the U.K.!

Brooklyn Brawler. I might ditch the shirt and paint one instead as it’s a bit too big.

I’ve been wondering about the Beverly Brothers, as they were supposedly on Hasbro’s radar as reference photos were found.
So I wondered what actions people would envision each of them having? I can’t remember much of their moveset off the top of my head, but I believe Wayne Bloom (Beau) was a champion power lifter, so maybe more strength based stuff. And likewise I think overall Mike Evis doing fallaway slams from the turnbuckles so maybe strength/power moves?
I just like it when the figure’s action replicates the character’s finisher/moveset; and some of the hasbro customs I’ve seen seem to have jumpers or Jake punchers.

Well, Hasbro didnt always play up to their strengths either. Just look to the Kamala jumper haha. I'd bet you, we'd get something like the Rockers tag team. One is a traditional jumper, while the other is arm activated. I could totally see that.
