In an old Wrestling Fury magazine I wanna say it was back in 1992 they had pictures of Animal and Crush together as the LOD. I wonder if that would have stuck if Animal had stayed with the WWE back then??

Nice find. I remember reading about it in UK mag superstars of wrestling (before powerslam mag)
I assumed they just had each in their normal gear and was pretty sure it wouldn't work out long-term and was just to fulfil the bookings the LOD had.
Could have been interesting and still feel it's a shame we lost so many years before the real LOD reformed.

Nice finds there as I know they had that brief run on the house show circuit in the Fall of 92 but never saw any pics/footage of it.

Crazy as a lifelong wrestling fan (was 12 then), I never knew Crush filled in for Hawk at all lol

I dont regret their time in WWF at all. I enjoyed their time in WWF the first time and the 2nd time up until November 1997.
I knew that Crush had filled in but as I understand it? It was strictly to fulfil dates after Hawk walked out the night of Summerslam 1992. Its crazy because they were SO popular then....but they weren't going to last eitherway because with the steroid cases upcoming and Hawks addictions really peaking? They were on borrowed time.
