I saw the LOD twin pack in a garden centre once - definitely the oddest place I ever saw Hasbros. Cool was there only one in there or a handful what year was this? Sounds fascinating

I collected nearly all of the figures when I was a kid, only missing out on the entire green cards and the elusive Dusty Rhodes.
I bought (well, my extremely kind parents) bought the vast majority of my figures from a shop called 'Children's World'. It was by far the best shop that stocked Hasbro figures. They had massive stock of each figure and always had the latest ones in stock. This was a massive chain in the early 90s with many shops, but sadly it was sold and became Mothercare (booooooooo!)
I picked up a few other from John Menzies as well, but they mostly stocked the WCW Galoob figures.
The only other place I got them was when we went on holdiday to florida...Toys R Us is the US was just like a truly 'oh my god' childhood memory of Wrestling stuff. It was just unlike anything I had seen in the UK.
Although I kept all of my figures and have them proudly on display today, I didn't keep any cards. I simply binned them. So from memory...figures were £2.99 in Children's World and $3.99 in Toys R Us. But I could be wrong on this. I was just a kid after all, and the money of it wasn't really on my mind.

A small town called Bishop Auckland in the north east U.K. had hasbros in loads if shops.
Woolworths Pound stretcher (older series for £2.99) John Menzies Boots... yeah, boots WH Smith’s
They are just the ones I know of and all were in a 100 yard radius. Some of the cheap pounder stretcher style shops had random WWF merch, such as large iron on transfers for tshirts, typical stationay etc.

I remember poundstretcher selling some awesome stuff for about £3. McFarlane Movie Maniacs and Spawn and the fantastic Star Wars Unleashed. They also had Marvel Legends (Mojo and MODOK waves) and Fantastic Four/Spiderman/Xmen Classics for £2.99. Now they have Disney Infinity

The Poundstretcher store near me had literally 100s of imported WWF Hasbro figures from Series 5, 6 and 7 for £1.99 each late 99-2000. I remember they had loads of Warlord, Repo Man and Sid Justice and they seemed to hang around for ages. It was really weird as well as there were loads of missing figures from series such as no Ric Flair, Berzerker.
