what circumstances she was brought back under! First she did a confusing story with Torrie Wilson where she seemingly could not decide whether she lusted for her or hated her. Then she became Vince McMahon's mistress. And I imagine the above all this was a severely reduced salary.
Granted, she had a reality check coming. By all sources, her ego was beyond out of control when she left WWE the first time. But her second run smacks of pure vindictiveness oh Vince's part

Sable was a big name and her return should've been a huge deal. She should've returned to Raw and fought for the womens title and imagine the matches she could've had with Trish and Lita.
The fact she returned to Smackdown where there was basically no womens division and became Vince's assistant proved that there was still sour grapes.

When Sable was champion in the late 90s there really wasn't a women's division.

I don't really think Sable was THAT great of a worker to be honest.
Her claim to fame is powerbombing Marc Mero and doing the TKO better than him. She was much more suited as eye candy in 2003 than to be in the ring.

Sable was pretty damn awful in the ring during her initial run. And not even just awful by today's standards. Add five years of rust on top of that and she had no business at all getting in there with Trish, Lita or even a badass like Jazz in 2003. It wasn't a very memorable return, but the valet role suited her much better. |

was never a fan of sable. always preferred the others ie sunny, torrie, trish, Stacey
just seemed to be there as an ego pleaser for vince in 2003

Sunny wrestled a little in wcw and I thought it was better than Sable. Anyway what I said was Sunny was better looking and a better wrestling character/personality than Sable. She was more entertaining. Sable wouldn't have even been a star if Vince Russo didn't have a crush on her lol.

During the Attitude Era she was on posters with the likes of Austin and Taker and was considered a big star. As bad a wrestler as she was seeing her a star from the past going toe to toe with Trish or Lita should've been considered a huge deal. |

she's a go-to for reasons why the attitude era was the undoing of modern wrestling. why put wrestling on a wrestling show if her t&a are getting higher ratings?
she essentially sued vince for exploiting her sexually, lost or got very little money from it, and then returned in 2003 and did all the things she'd originally sued for again...lol
