Hi guys
I’ve been doing a lot of research aswell as being very interested in the hasbro line
I would like to know if possible The cheapest you ever paid for a moc hasbro online, via Ebay or any other site and I would also like to know what’s the cheapest you ever paid for a moc wwf hasbro In the shops in the old days.
I will start off by saying Thst I am 26 years old so I was to young to buy hasbro in the shop at the time they were out not do I never remember seeing them as a child. I did find one hasbro in a charity shop moc! Which I’ve told the stories about many times on other posts etc that being £4 the character was samu ] The cheapest moc hasbro I purchased online was via Ebay and was a tatabka in purple card for around £14 though the card has faded quite bad and is now very light and has many creases but nevertheless still sealed and untouched
Look forward to all your posts!

Didn't collect MOC after the retail days, but the best deals during the run for me was the famous 3/$10 (USD) sale. I remember getting some yellow cards and some of the earlier cards that were tougher to find in that area at that time, but they definitely didn't have everybody available.

You're welcome! I have seen some various Hasbros, from Series 1 to purple cards, at local comic/collectible shops. The prices have usually been at a generic $20. The only other time I've seen them in recent times in the wild have been at collectible booths/mini stores and those guys have a better grasp on value. I don't look often, but when I do it seems the prices are fair market value. No steals to be had. Loose figures fare better in that respect at such shops.

Not MOC as I collect loose but I won a random figure lot few months back for about $3 plus post and it had a beautiful Scott Steiner and Adam Bomb in with it. Couldn’t beleive my luck.

I got Andre, ax, smash and the demolition tag team set all moc (with about 20 other loose figures) for £25 a couple of years ago, it was a buy now with the description just saying wrestlers, couldn't believe my luck when they arrived.

WOW! Andre, Ax, Smash, and Demolition all Mint on Card for just $33.82 (what 25 pounds comes to in US Dollars) that is amazing. The Demolition set can go for over $200 on eBay, and Andre can go for well of $100. Ax and Smash usually go for around $80 each, so to get those 4 for that little is pretty impressive. The cheapest figure(s) I ever purchased were Fatu and Samu MOC, they cost $15.70 each. I have a few others that I purchased for under $25. However, the cheapest figure I ever paid for was a loose Rocker Shawn Michaels, I paid one cent for him on ebay - though I had to pay $2.50 for shipping, but still... one cent. Also, when I was growing up, you could get all of the figures MOC for under $3.99 but I was a kid and opened them - stupid me...

I wish I could remember some of the prices I got back in the late-90s when I was doing most of my MOC buying, but the more I try to remember specific figure prices, the less I remember I know I got four of the green card series from the same seller for less than £100 (probably less than £80) back then, but that’s just judging from what my budget was back then, and even then I’m probably overestimating the price. You’d be lucky to get one from that series for that price now. A few months ago I found an invoice from that time when I bought The Undertaker 2 (the red card one) that came to $28 delivered for what was a perfect card (until my parents decided to “give it to me” - despite me having paid for it - as a Xmas present, which meant it getting knocks and creases as a result ) - that was about £16 back then. Those days are gone all round... Around that time I was also buying guys like Brutus 1 and Samu, so that Taker won’t have been anywhere near my cheapest. In the last year the cheapest will have been the Bushwhackers tag team set with a protective case that was £23 delivered. Back in the day, my memory is Toys R Us having new releases at £3.87 and the tag teams around £7. Woolworths had them at like £4.75 or something. I can’t remember the prices at Argos despite buying a lot of figures there in the last couple of years of the line. The cheapest I ever got one will probably have been at £1.99 in the year or two after the line ended, but I don’t remember a specific purchase.

This probably isn't the cheapest I've ever gotten but it's definitely the best deal. About 10 years ago I found a listing on eBay that was titled something generic like "Wrestler Lot." The words WWF/WWE, Jakks, LJN, Hasbro weren't mentioned in the listing at all. I'm not even sure how I found it but a few other people had as well because there wasn't much action on it leading up to the end of the auction but a flurry of bids at the end.
There were 44 pieces in the lot, 40 of which were Hasbros. The other four were Jakks Series 1 Hart, Michaels, and Diesel, along with a MIB LJN replica Hulk Hogan belt. All the Hasbros ended up being on US cards and most were mint. The picture the person posted of the auction was just a jumble of figures in a box, but you could see the LJN belt and a lot of the Hasbros, most notably an Ultimate Warrior #3.
That was the apple of my eye at the time as I was trying to complete my MOC set with all US cards, and there were a few others I could see in the picture that I needed as well so I decided to go for it. If memory serves correctly, I ended up winning the auction for about $360 plus $25 shipping, which equated to $8.75 per piece. Incredible.
Others that I needed and got from that score were Macho Man #1 and #3, Andre, Akeem, Brutus #2, Koko, Tornado, Smash, Earthquake, Hulk #3, Honky, and the Nasty Boys. There were several other good pieces that I already had such as Undertaker #2, Mr. Perfect #1, Owen, LOD, Hogan #1 and I was able to swap some of those out since they were in better condition than what I had.
It would have taken me much longer to complete my set had I not gotten that lucky haul but I feel very fortunate that I did!

I got a lot of them at KB Toys 3 for $10. Almost all that were that price were foreign cards.

Think I've told this story but i remember going into Woolworths and finding loads of hasbros discounted down to £1:99 So I cycled home as fast as I could to get my money and went back and bought mountie, bulldog, virgil, tito and I think a couple others may be irs and warlord. It was like Xmas! 😂 Still have the figures and the backing cards now

Some of those are the hardest and/or most expensive to come by now, and you got them for $8.75. Ultimate Warrior 3, Macho Man 1 & 3, Andre, Akeem, Brutus 2, Koko, Undertaker 2, Perfect 1, all go for well over $100 a piece now - some go for well over $200, with the Warrior figure going as high as $800. And some of the other ones can go close to $100 (Smash, Nasty Boys, LOD, Owen, Quake, Hogan 1). That's an amazing deal you got. I have never seen anything like that.

Not to long ago. Oy 2 or 3 months back.
I got series 1 Macho, warrior, akeem, rude, m$m, brutus. Hogan, ax smash all for under 300$ in great shape American cards.
Im actually working a deal right now and this guy has a dusty Rhodes mint, and I feel bad but I talked him down from 300$ to 100$ and shipping. I know it's worth 700$ at this point but still, I can't blow money like that.
And then I got another deal Going for about 40 English hasbros for around 600$ mainly red cards, some graded figures, legion of doom, purple cards, yellow cards sone series 1, the black and silver shawn, 4 razors. It's a great deal. I can't wait to get paid friday.

Even allowing for it being a bit more work and the fees involved, the prices they could get on there these days far exceed those deals.

I seen this posted on eBay a few weeks ago. www.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/itm/14-Vintage-WWF-Wrestling-Titan-Sports-Action-Figures-Full-Set-Hasbro-MOC-Hogan-/302592133283?hash=item4673e588a3%3Ag%3AUUsAAOSwpw1aUB07&nma=true&si=0Nvww9KzdkAEFKCktmeXOpKn%252Bt4%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 Was this a deal? There are some good pieces here, but not $1,500 worth IMO
