This is P*ssing me off!!!

Annoying regular 'customer' who always tries to return EMPTY bottles of alcohol with the most ridiculous of reasons such as the lid flew off, hit him the face and the bottle exploded and leaked everywhere. This might be believable if it didn't happen to him every ing week. And no matter how much the shift leader tries to reason with him the guy just doesn't want to ing cooperate and demands that he phone customer services even though they cannot actually do anything. The guy's a moron and probably has learning difficulties judging by his intelligence level and lack of logic or common sense. Then I asked him, politely, multiple times if he could move out of the way of the self scanner so other customers could use it. All he had to do was move 3 feet to the till he was being helped at, but he'd rather make an argument out of it and say things like "In a minute" or "There's another one over there" and then he got all "offended" because I said "ing hell" to myself as I was about to walk away, even though it's fine for him to swear, be rude, disrespectful and abusive and even make veiled threats towards us. So eventually I had enough and just went off on him. I would've said so much more had Ethan the shift leader not calmed me down and told me to go in the back until he left. I sat in the back watching on camera and the guy was on the phone to someone for about 10 minutes and eventually conceded defeat and left while still on the phone with his empty bottle in hand. I think the threat of the police being phoned eventually made him realise that he was fighting a losing battle.

He's now barred and I honestly hope to god that he comes back because I'm going to take so much ing pleasure in delivering the good news.

While it pissed me off, it was also fun and enjoyable to go off on the idiot. I just wish I got to say so much more. Forever thinking of good stuff to say after something's happened.
