I got my Rock today. One of my favorite figures they've ever done. They didn't go all the way down to the forehead with the paint on the hair, but it's not too bad on mine. I'll probably just leave it alone. Other than that, just an insane figure imo. So many cool poses and an amazing likeness on all of the heads. I like the fingers up Just Bring It hands so much. I feel awful for people who got delayed on this one, and even worse for those who ended up with the Charlotte.

Got Charlotte Flair instead of the Rock. Hate this.

I saw a small gap on one of my hairlines at the top of the forehead the neutral face ... actually I just took a thin sharpie to it and now it looks perfect

SS Kane is a very underwhelming figure. I figured in hand this figure would look better then pictured, but nah. And besides the waist belt missing detail, the True FX face scan for Kane’s eyes is horrible. You can’t even see the eye ball detail that good vs the other previous model Kane’s. Called a friend who picked up a SS Kane as well, & his is the same. Some YT videos I saw had better detail in the eyes, but not has good as previous Kane’s. True FX strikes again.

I don't have any Walmarts near me in NY without having to cross over bridges into Jersey or Long Island, so finding exclusives is brutal. Closest one to me is in CT, so I took the half hour drive since they were showing 6+ since yesterday. First one I went to only had about 3-4 DOD figures on the shelf (no shipper), I picked up the Orton & Taker from DOD and the exclusive Undertaker there. No sign of Nattie or Henry, but they did have Cena. Went to the second Walmart about 10 minutes away, and sure enough they had a shipper, it was picked through but after some digging, I found Henry and Nattie. After debating the Nattie for a few, I passed. It's a good looking figure, but #1 shes not one of my favorite women on the roster, and #2 I have almost zero recollection of her with red hair besides the Classic Superstars 2 pack she had with Anvil that had that look.
Decade of Domination Series 1 + CE Undertaker
DoD Mark HenryAbout time we get a Nation Mark Henry, I just sincerely hope there's plans for Kama Mustafa otherwise this is gonna suck. I have my Nation Rock toted away so I didn't put him in the picture. DoD Randy OrtonLove the old school longer hair Orton scan, a great job by Mattel. This figure brings back a lot of nostalgia, I was a big Orton fan when he first showed up. I remember over-paying at my local candy/toy store that had Ruthless Aggression series 1 WAY before TRU, and this figure obviously reminds me of that. DoD UndertakerIs this figure supposed to have gray gloves? I bought this to replace my other old school Taker since it has the cloth jacket and a way better scan, but shouldn't the gloves be gray or am I nuts? Either way, it's a nice figure. Collectors Edition 30th Anniversary UndertakerThe scan on this figure is excellent, this outfit and jacket was unique enough to justify buying, especially at $15.97 (is this the normal price or was it on sale?). I'm sure we'll get a Bone Yard Match Taker at some point, so this is cool to have as his last 'in ring' look.

The black gloves are what Taker started out wearing at Survivor Series. I’m not sure how long after Survivor Series did he switch to grey, but his debut was black gloves.

Like PJ mentioned, Taker wore black gloves for his debut.
But if you have a grey gloves figure, you can swap the arms from the bicep down pretty easily. Microwave some water for 60 seconds, soak the arms for a minute or two in the hot water and they'll pull right off and can be popped onto the DoD figure.

Nice gets. I still don't know why Mattel doesn't cast the body in flesh color and paint the tank black.
If there's a fix that needs to be made, its a lot easier to paint a black chip, then trying to get the right skin tone down.
Wouldn't it be cheaper? There's gotta be more than one layer of skin tone on the black cast. Not to mention the skin not matching the arms.

Also not sure when he went from the black gloves to the grey gloves, however, he was wearing grey gloves at Royal Rumble 1991, two months after his debut. Overall, this is a great figure, glad they made it. My only complaint is the size of the hat, but that is with all Undertaker figures, the hat just looks really huge. ckhybrid, here is a photo of Taker at Survivor Series 1990 with the black gloves:

Taker has never had a grey ring around his hat, no idea how someone could just imagine this and not check? Literally takes two seconds to double check, even though in my opinion, this is the Undertaker FFS, should be common knowledge for anyone working on these figures. Really annoying as it’s such a great figure other than that. For me it means I can’t display it with the hat, so probably not the coat either. I could just put a black hat on him from the Wrestlemania elite but personally, customs and swaps make me itchy as hell, I get why people do it (most I’ve ever wanted to do it is put the new rock heads on lots of the old elites) but I just can’t do it. Seeing as this has been made again and the purple is about to be rereleased again, you have to assume Taker is getting a UE sometime, so perhaps we’re finally getting the 1998 elite people want?

Seeing as this has been made again and the purple is about to be rereleased again, you have to assume Taker is getting a UE sometime, so perhaps we’re finally getting the 1998 elite people want? To be honest, I never really knew that he never wore a grey ring on his hat. I knew that for the most part it wasn't the exact same color as the hat, or it could just be it has a shine to it and the light hitting it makes it looker lighter than it is (image below). Or, they just think that when he was wearing purple, he had a purple ring around his hat so, when he wore grey he must have had a grey ring around his hat. I guess they never checked. I would imagine that if the ultimate's line continues, that they will do an Undertaker figure, he is too big a character and seller for them not to. It seems that maybe the 1998 Undertaker would be the best option for that, mostly because they have tackled every other era of his in the regular elite line. Not to mention, putting a purple Undertaker figure in an upcoming legends line doesn't make sense if they are going to release that same, or similar attire, as an Ultimate. But, I have been wrong before.

Accurate or not the black gloves on this figure looks off to me and maybe too black seeing pics posted. I just did a head & accessory swap with the other one.

After looking at the pics
Henry is an average release
Randy Orton has lolypop syndrome and a jacked body
Undertaker hat is too big, jacket is leather not cloth and we need claw hands not Randy Orton hands
E79 Taker head is one of the best one we have ever seen after both DM heads, solid steel jacket is trash rest it is a good release.

Finally got around to opening up and taking pics of my Ringside order that came earlier in the week. Ringside Exclusive WALTERI've been a fan of WALTER for a while, but it seemed only fitting that his figure comes out right after that ridiculous match with Dragunov last week. I know people complained about this being an exclusive when it was announced, and I understand some probably don't watch NXT UK, but I feel like WALTER is essential to have in my current roster collection, so I really love this figure. Ringside Exclusive Edge-heads (new hair running change)I already bought the 3 regular versions, but once I saw the new hair on the running change I figured I would grab one and see if I could sell off one of the originals. The hair looks much better. Survivor Series Elite Samoa JoeThis actually came from Target.com, still not 100% sure why I grabbed one, but I got it for less than retail with the 25% coupon and RedCard so it wasn't too bad. Elite 80Viking Raiders Erik & IvarBoth look really great, I know Erik has really skinny legs, but besides that I really love both of these figures. The entrance gear is pretty damn awesome, the gauntlets, the headdresses, the scans on both. Really great figures. Kyle O'ReillyI really like this headscan much better than the 3 pack, whereas I liked the 3 pack Fish way more than the new 1. Kevin OwensI like the updated tattoos, feels very long overdue, something about this scan is off for me. RicochetI wish this would have been like the Nightwing basic in elite form. Glad it finally has knee pads, but the tattoos printed OVER the wrist tape is inexcusable and sad. Also not a new headscan like the render showed.. lame. Rocky JohnsonMuch like Graham, Bruno and others, Rocky Johnson is way before my time, I think this figure looks pretty good, but I can already see it warming pegs at Target like Graham is currently doing. BayleyAnother phenomenal female elite, I think this figure is fantastic. I love the broken Bayley buddy, it's such a unique accessory. So glad to finally have a short haired Bayley in my collection. other recent pick ups... this really cool box of stuff from WWELegendsShop.com for my Macho Man display, plus his newest Funko.

Nice. Now we need a Mr USA to go with Rocky Johnson and finish the Soul Patrol.
