My Wild Samoans feel so out of place without having a team that they faced. Their last world title reign ended to the Soul Patrol, are these guys a possibility?

The reason why I did not pick up the Wild Samoans and Bruno Sammartino is because of the lack of other pre-WrestleMania stars. To me if mattel would make more of the pre-wrestlemania era stars I think the ones they have already made would sell better. If they had made Superstar Billy Graham, NWA Harley Race, Nick Bockwinkel, Buddy Rogers, Mr. Fuji and Professor Tanaka, WWWF Champion Bob Backlund, Pedro Morales, Ivan Koloff, Pat Patterson, Dick the Bruiser, The Crusher, etc. I would have purchased the Wild Samoans and if they made them Soul Patrol. Or if they would have announced that they would be making some of the other older legends I also would have picked them up. But since Mattel won't or is hesitant to release the older wrestlers I've held off because the Wild Samoans and Bruno would look out of place with my collection of late 80s and 90s stars. |
