Agree withbtje sentiment here. I just recently built a collection of these and when I heard a Kurt Angle was coming, I was so excited. This new false scarcity tactic just dampens my spirits for Micro Brawler completely. I will NEVER be able to justify those type of prices on the secondary market and frankly, real collectors have so little chance of nabbing new figures on the initial drop that it just completely sours me on the line entirely and I'm seriously considering justbselling the ones I have and calling it a day.

As soon as the Kurt Angle thing happened I went and cancelled my crate. I love collecting the legends but Im not going to get into bidding wars & dealing with scalpers.

Are Brawlers not going to be in the crates anymore? They're still in the crates. But some people are walking away due to the PWT exclusives being super hard to get. |

I decided to sell off my brawlers collection a few months back. Its crazy the money you can get for some of these. With the character selection really falling off though I can see the market for these falling out soon.

Just another thing Zack Ryder ruined for everyone. “Hey Ryan, instead of selling these to a bunch of people and making money, why don’t you sell 100 of them so people who don’t collect them can flip them on eBay?!”

Just another thing Zack Ryder ruined for everyone. “Hey Ryan, instead of selling these to a bunch of people and making money, why don’t you sell 100 of them so people who don’t collect them can flip them on eBay?!” Kinda like the idea to introduce chase pins now in the crate. |

I personally was never a big Micro Brawler guy, as I only own a Kenny, Kota, Raven, and Generico. But I used to love coming here and seeing people's excitement for these figures. Its sad to see the terrible influences that Cardona has had with his dumb secondary market shtick with figures like these. I get if you're a big money maker like he is, spending $200 on eBay for a Micro Brawler is nothing, but for the everyday collector who does this as a hobby(maybe on a budget sometimes), they really get screwed out of their fun. Sorry to see this happen to all you guys and gals who were dedicated to this line. Hopefully something changes, but doubt it.

Cardona is the biggest cry baby I’ve ever heard. The fanboys love him though so awesome to him for being able to take advantage of so many people and getting them to drop their hard earned money on dollar store crap. |

All you need to know about Ryder is the story he tells about calling his dad to pick up the figs from tru that Hawkins told him about. Everyone should watch Jack of All Trades on Netflix about what Upper Deck did with the Griffey rookie card, it’ll make you wonder about some figure practices.

I know it will sound like I am defending the MWFP guys, but from what they said in the Pod, PWT asked Kurt what he wanted for his brawler, and PWT gave him the choice of a limited run or putting his brawler in a crate. Now yes am I a fan of Matt and Brian. Has it been hard to get some of their merch. It has. For both the 4-pack and Kurt's brawlers I was at work, which I work at a school for special needs kids so it is hard to say hey I need to have 10-15 mins at a certain time to be free, as I have to live with it. But again Kurt decided on his own to make his brawler a limited run. Next, and trust me I know it is hard as a collector to not get what you want to complete the collection, but can we please go back to looking forward to coming here and hearing positives thoughts about the brawler community.
