Just saw a picture of the apparent Bret Chase. It strengthens my tinfoil hat conspiracy theory that this Bret design was definitely done as a 93/94-style Bret and the Hart Foundation on the back of the jacket/title of the figure was only added relatively late in the design phase. I think it's far from a conspiracy theory, everything about the design minus the Foundation logo is mid-90s: epaulets, fringe, stripes, offset logo. They can pump out a bunch of mixed-color designs with that mold. |

They capitalized on tying it into the Bulldog figure for sure. But that decision made it an easy pass for me. |

If anyone is ordering the Ric Flair Brawlers and gets the space mountain chase they noted for today's figure let me know if u are willing to sell. Flair is the main guy I collect so I'll be looking to be complete on these Brawlers.
Ordered 2 myself but I've never gotten a chase from them yet not anticipating my luck to start now.

Damn FOMO has me going backwards on swearing I'd only pick up one or two of these Ric Flair brawlers....by that logic, I've already made my purchases....but my wallet and I know damn well that I'm likely to grab at least one more...if not the whole five of them....

Don't get me wrong, it's a great looking Bret figure. I just don't like that they threw that logo on the back cos it means they're not likely to produce an accurate Hart Foundation-era fig to go alongside the recent Bulldog release.
For a mid-90s Bret that will be displayed by most people with the HF logo completely hidden, it's great.

Yeah I think that’s the thing, the figure isn’t hurt by the logo on the back cos no one will see it I’m all in in this line now. I really wanted to get the mattel superstars motu style figs but They’re just too hard to get in the uk. These are far more plentiful, price reasonable and easy to get. USA lex as sn example is £10 or best offer on the bay. Plus the size is perfect for a little display |

I was only going to get the bloody one, but seeing that it's in the same pose (and similar face) to the red robe makes me want both to go side by side. I'll have to get the red robe on eBay.

I’m not a flair fan. In fact quite the opposite. But that blue robe one does look great. I say this every time they do a new one but every brawler they are releasing look great! |

Didn't order any of them, as non really grabbed me and I'm not a super big Flair fan (totally respect him as a worker though), but the Flair concept is really cool, and I hope they do something like this again. I really dig that they were different molds/eras instead of just a new repainted color every day.

Bret, warrior and LOD would be great for this concept LOD: 87 era road warriors, blue WCW pads, Gold Summerslam 92 pads and maybe a super early style facepaint when it was very plain and basic Bret: survivor series 96 orange attire, paint splatter, old school hart foundation heart outline (pre skull and wings) and a blue or black and red hart foundation - wanna go real wild go trunks only stampede style or if you want to keep the blood theme a wm8 style v piper Warrior: where to begin? USA warrior, purple hasbro style warrior, cheek face paint style, WCW era warrior… |
