?? There should be no tape on the packaging at all. If you have the figure in your hand and see tape at the bottom, it's been resealed. Here's the link to the ended item: WWF Hasbro Big Boss Man MocIt's a sunfaded card and there seems to be red tape on the card inside the bubble. The back of the card has yellow-ish stains. The back of the card reveals it's a Spanish card. Starting bid was £15.00 end price was £19.00 after four bids by four different bidders. The description read: "Fully sealed big boss man. Never been opened". Pure by the description you could say: false! Resealed card. The pictures show the damage and stains. I'd never even bid £15.00 for a card in that shape, and that is ignoring the fact it's a Spanish card. Maybe you could make a case for false description, but you got what was pictured. It's not like the seller showed a mint on mint card figure and you received a sunfaded disaster instead... Oh, THAT? I think that was common with a few figures. Here is an opened Bossman Card with the tape applied behind where the figure goes. Not 100% but isn't this to stop the figure rubbing against the card?

I've definatly seen tape on cards behind the figures too multiple times. Wonder why some had that?

The card is extremely faded but it looks like it's in Spanish, so it's more than likely a Spain release (I don't recall ever hearing Hasbro released these in Mexico or South America)

Well seeing as it cost the seller just under £4 to send the price is actually ideal and I got it at a realistic price I wouldn’t have paid over £25 do this and seeing as there being 3 other bidders I think your comment is invalid as people wanted that figure apart from me. I’m not getting into a argument with anyone but I find this whole thread annoying , All I wanted was a opinion On something I noticed and now everyone has turned it into “let’s open the card” My money my choice I back you man. I have about 55 MOC LJN and some are definitely in less than ideal condition. But I refuse to open them. Not everyone can afford mint cards/bubble figures. If I can pick up a craptier card for a decent price, I will do so and keep it until I can afford a better version or until I find a better one for a good deal. Once you open it, the card and bubble are essentially gone forever and it's no longer a figure in the package. A figure in the package (even a crapty one) is still better than a loose one IMO. I say keep it as is. If you like it, that's all that matters. It doesn't look opened and removed to me, but more likely the bottom came completely unglued and was resealed. It looks like old tape that's been on there for a decade or longer, as the tape is just as worn/sun damaged as the rest of the stuff. That means it's technically not new and never opened, but was damaged and then taped back up. I wouldn't worry about it. Keep it as is and enjoy it. Upgrade it later when you have the money and interest to do so.
