I didn't put this here, but I will say this now. Dennis Edwards, the former singer of the Temptations from 1968 through 1989 passed away at the age of 74. In my opinion one of the greatest Temptations Singers after replacing David Ruffin back in 1968. He was one of the greatest singers with the Temptations, he helped the Temps grow to success. One of my favorites of his songs from him and The Temptations was "Papa Was A Rolling Stone", and also one hit that never really was a hit. "I Wonder Who's She Seeing Now?" back in 1987. After when he broke up with the Tempts. He toured with Ruffin and Eddie Kendricks who were also doing their own shows and was also kicked out of the Temptations as well, But Ruffin, Kendricks and Edwards were a part of the reunion tour back in 1982. I think also one of my Edwards Favorites was when he did the ending verse of "My Girl" at Ruffin's Funeral. He and Ali-Ollie traded back and forth on that. Then after Eddie died. Dennis went on to form his own group The Temptations Review which led on til his death. May I say that The Tempts have gained another legend in heaven. RIP Dennis Edwards, your voice will continue to shine on forever. Thank you Dennis.
