For me, Shawn Michaels vs The Rock would have been huge. It wouldn't have happened in 2003 because of Austin's retirement, or in 2004 because HBK was needed to add heat to the Benoit/HHH match, so I don't know when would have been the best time for it.

I remember thinking this was a lock after Flair came in during the Fall of 91. How sadly mistaken I was... Yeah, still surprised by this one. |

Undertaker vs Cena while the streak was still live & UT was still able to go say WM 28/29.
The drama would have been absolutely incredible. Smart Fans would have known that Cena was the one guy who had a LEGIT shot at breaking the streak backstage because of UTs genuine fondness of him......Everyone else would have loved it because of the HUGE deal it was having these 2 go at it.
It would have been brilliant and the crowd would have been insane. I'm still perplexed Vince never pulled the trigger on this one.
Now there are others I would have liked too....but this is one that was so easily possible.
Another would have been Wrestling Machine Kurt Angle or Lesnar as new feuds for Evolution in 2003-2004.

Eddie and Shawn at WM22 jumps to mind as one we were getting and couldn’t.
Hogan/Flair at mania 7 as well but at least we got some hogan/ flair duel champions in that time frame.
Also personally there are some Raw vs SD matches from 2004/05 I would have liked, like HHH/Angle in 2004 or another Benoit/Eddie post world title reigns (Summerslam ‘05 would have been perfect).
I would have been interested in a HHH Vs JBL match in 04/05 but I really don’t know if it would have been any good, maybe kind of one of those should happen from a storyline purpose match other then a fantastic match but I still wanted to see it.

I still think Severn could have made a huge impact in WWE.
Sting Vs. Ultimate Warrior
A lot history and baggage to play up.
Nash Vs. Hogan
There was a lot of anticipation for that match and then it became the finger poke of doom. Would have loved to see the NWO turn on Hogan and Nash to win. Then Nash and Hall become the only two in the NWO,and become The Outsiders again so that the NWO would have gone away.
Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs. Goldberg
Madusa Vs. Charlotte
Not sure how or when but seeing Madusa at this year's Royal Rumble had me wondering if she might actually enter and win THIS year. If handled like Goldberg Vs. Lesnar it could be incredible.
