Last week, I railed against how small a card our MSG show had. Tonight, good lord I'm thankful for it. There ain't much going on, and everyone got their sh*t to us in short order, so aside from pumping in a segment to beef it up a bit and writing the bridges between people's things (and a bit of code correction this morning - good lawd, some of y'all, work on your coding), there ain't much I gotta do aside from cut and paste and fix some spacing errors.
Results up tonight, probably. I wanna use nap time tomorrow to get down to the next card's poster, and I really just wanna be playing Fallout right now.

I was the master of the plastic surgery. At the very least, I can probably rival you, just due to the sheer number of characters I've run here paired with my ADD tendencies to switch up pic bases for a while there. Lance Rodriguez was Nomar Garciaparra, and would have been ECIII when I'd tangled with the idea of bringing him back for a spell. Chris Avalon was (f*ck me)...Gerard Way, Johnny Rioux, Mike McColgan, Johnny Knoxville, Rob Zombie, and Bret Hart before I finally settled on post-retirement Edge. Jason Vieira was Justin Credible and Joe Bastianich. David Brennan has been Russel Crowe, Jason Statham, Rob Alston, and Jeff Monson. Daniel Kirkbride was Johnny Yong Bosch and Thomas Dekker. Sh*t, even my side pieces have had some work done. Nat started off as Mary Elizabeth Winstead before my undying crush on Natalie Portman won out (I mean, that name. Y'all knew that, right?) I think Dave Demento had like 6 different pic bases. Maskless Abyss, CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Corey Graves, F*cking Gunner, Roman Reigns. Solomon Crow had both Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose (and Raven on another site) Randel Benjamin was only Abdullah The Butcher (who else you gonna pick for a Butcher clone) Pepe Le Plucha was Kalisto Grave Digger with Undertaker (of course) I forget the pic base for Raiden Takahashi. I might be forgetting a character or two

My pic bases have remained the same throughout duration other than Malakai.
Malakai was Lance Hoyt then Christian Kane.
Ripp Jackson was Aiden Turner.
Samael Ahriman was Hayden Christiansen.
Anna Ahriman is Sophie Turner.
Now theme songs, I've gone through like undergarments.

*sigh*
I've got you all beat on pic bases...
Through the years, Schneider has been *deep breath* Sick Boy from The Flock, Long haired Homeless Jimmy, Julio Dinero, Flea from RHCP, Trent Acid, The Messiah, JC Bailey, Kurt Cobain, & Jax from Sons of Anarchy
I feel like I'm missing at least one from the transitional era from hobo to Schneider too..

Deep Figure ValueSeeing as the RPs are locked now and I've only just got around to reading your RP, here it is: "F*ckin' ey boy. This was stone cold awesome stuff. I always love reading David Brennan's spiel and this was no different, only this time you're getting into the meat and gravy of the situation. It's exciting hearing Brennan talk about the past for a very relevant reason and the way you're picking apart Kyzer as nothing more than another man is great. I've been so detached from this place that reading this RP was the first time I've actually read the scene with Drakz even though you sent me it. Fantastic stuff, riding the line of feeling comfortable and like old friends but also through the RP making a point that no concessions are being made for anyone. I enjoyed the way you presented the Thai kid side of things, going first with the police station scene. I'm a sucker for seeing things unfold out of chronology. All in all this was stellar stuff and I don't know what else to tell you other than that it's the first RP I've read since I stepped down as mod and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Favourite line: "I mean, does anyone ever give a f*ck about the bumps in the road, anyway?""

Once you're done checking out Deep Figure Value 's announcement and rushing to add your name to the Roll Call, you might also check out the upcoming show schedule. It has been updated with new shows added. I'm looking at you Markw . There's one show Joe Bishop just has to show up for!

Kyzer has always been Stephen Dorff. I win. I don't see myself ever switching from Chuck Liddell for Frank Lynn so it's a tie.

In fairness, compared to Kyzer, y'all been here for a cup of coffee. He predates me by a good three years.

Thanks King Richius for moving my comment. Here's yours Kyzer: "So great to read a Kyzer RP after so so long. He's such an egotistical, deluded piece of human garbage. My favourite thing about this RP was allowing everyone an insight into very particular moments in the fed's history from Kyzer's point of view, most importantly the founding of TNE. If I had a bug bear with this piece at all it's that I wanted more David Brennan focus. There was plenty of it for sure but I always want more. It's a small complaint in the grand scheme though. Welcome back man, for however long or short this run lasts I'm looking forward to reading more of your stuff. Favourite line: "I never said that Michael Kyzer wasn’t a hypocrite. I am everything else that is sh~tty in this world, why not be a f~cking hypocrite while I am at it.""

He predates me by a good three years. I predate everyone but Brennan. Alex Sean found me on AIM late 2002 and told me about the WFWF. I joined Decemember 2002 or January 2003 (with a different character than Kyzer) when they still had the ARPWFWF or whatever they called their developmental e-fed at the time. I think it was January because I remember Alex flipping out when he found out it was going to be the last season of Buffy and that cause a giant fight here. I was here before Flaps, before Schneider. I remember the Rupert Jee administration and tools like Destroyer winning and losing the world title every week and all the fighting between members. I think that was when this place was the most interesting for me. Everyone tends to get along these days, it is kind of boring.

I came up with the Smash Rodriguez character shortly after the 2003 Grady Little ALCS blunderf*ck. The only reason I'm able to claim tenure over most people here was because of my run as Chalice in the AFRWF alongside the like of Frost, Raider, and Ice Dogg. As for everyone getting along, now that you've made your claim of tenure, it's almost a certainty that Obo will be around in a day or so to refute that claim as I believe he has before, so there's always that.

It's a rarity for an admin on here to be active in a niche board. Plus, half of WFWF are mods so they are forced to behave. Except Deep Figure Value I wouldn't dare tell him what to do.

Yeah he always disputes it but he is wrong. I remember when he joined. Even if I wasn't active here, I have always kept up with the place. First because of Alex and then afterwards because of Drakz. On a random note, I still have access to Alex's private proboard that has all of Frost's rps and a bunch of other personas he and EBR had here over the years.
