WWE SmackDown Taping
WWE SmackDown opened with Vickie Guerrero announcing Batista vs. The Undertaker in a cage match in the main event. Batista came out and said something but I think they were having audio troubles or something.
Deuce and Domino with out Cherry defeated the Majors Bros.
A backstage segment aired with Teddy Long but I think they were having more sound problems.
Finlay defeated Rey Mysterio when Chavo Guerrero returned. Chavo Guerrero ran in and knocked Rey Mysterio off the top rope. Rey Mysterio looked like he hurt himself.
The Miz defeated Jamie Noble I think it was.
Vickie Guerrero announced Chavo Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio in a Loser Leaves SD match for Survivor Series.
They said doctors were looking at Rey Mysterio.
The Great Khali defeated two jobbers in one match. His translator ranted on for about 5 minutes before and after the match about Khali wanting a title shot. Think he said something about Kane too. Squish match.
Katie, the new SmackDown diva and Victoria beat Torrie Wilson and another blonde girl maybe Michelle McCool.
A backstage segment with MVP and Matt Hardy, both are shown running to the ring
MVP lost to Matt Hardy in a Cyber Sunday make-up match. Matt Hardy was busted open a little bit at the end of the match. Good match but non-title.
The Undertaker and Batista went to a NC in the cage match when some kind of bad finished happened. Short match. Three referees came down and they all were arguing, like a few months back when Taker lost the belt. It looked like they both fell out of the door at the same time, hard to tell from our seat.
That was basically it. A Big Daddy V promo aired and some more backstage stuff went on.
