Asked him exactly this on Twitter, he said he has Zero interest in the Mattell Retro Enzo figure. So let's hope the 2 somehow get taken and stored away in an attic, so we can bid for them in 30 years. Don't think as many people will care in 30 years lol. This isn't like Greg Valentine when we all stared at those ads as kids. Not sure I agree. Lol. Since Enzo got released, I've been looking at that picture wondering if the figure will ever make it to the wild. No, I'm not an Enzo fan. Just love the idea that the Mattel Retros will officially have their own "holy grails." The variant Triple H figures, the Rock variants, now unreleased prototypes. Yep.. 30 years from now I'll still be looking at that picture. Maybe I'll be the only one.

On the packaging for The Rock, the picture Mattel took of a The Rock figure in action pose, that one has no elbow pads. Considering it's a picture of a figure and not a drawing like on the Hasbro cards, that should mean there's at least 1 Mattel Retro Rock with no elbow pads.

The Roman Regins on "Superman" punch card could be a special figure down the road. I've only seen a few of those pop up.

Pretty bummed. I opened my series 5 figures (purchased at Kmart) and Shinsuke's leg was completely loose. Upon finding this I contacted Mattel. Any idea how long it might take to receive a voucher? Any idea how those work?

I have a MOC Lesnar with a cracked arm mold, they sent me a voucher after contacting them thru Twitter, took about 7-10 business days and it was for $20.

The first batch of retro figures that released some Roman figures were on the "Superman" punch cards with a sticker over it that could easily be removed. Mattel obviously didn't want to get involved with any kind of copyright issues that's why it was covered. Mattel knew this was an issue before the figure was released because most Romans were on the normal Super punch card. So for whatever reason Mattel just slapped a sticker on Superman cards and still released them. I've only seen like 3 pop up on the internet. Roman figure in general has become very coveted and I could easily see this Superman punch card being a big time collector piece in the future.

Makes a fascinating story, especially with the line being so 'young', its great when pieces like this pop up

Didn't see this posted, so thought I'd share. WWE Retro Stars on Twitter posted this on 10/10.
Series 7: Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Sheamus & Kurt Angle Series 8: Braun Strowman, Zach Ryder, Jeff Hardy & Iron Sheik
New Info? Series 9: Cesaro, Goldust, Samoa Joe & Randy Orton Series 10: Diesel, Matt Hardy, Elias & Junkyard Dog
Now that Hulk Hogan is back in the good graces of the WWE, it would be great to see a NWO lineup to go with Macho Man.

Imagine the rage if they make a jumper Hogan. Makes perfect sense. He had to jump to do the leg drop...

Any nWo figs would be cool. Syxx, the Outsiders, Hollywood...
For all the distribution issues, I still hope this line goes forever.

Targets in my area just suck. All I ever see are the AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose warming the shelves. Nothing new since, just a disgrace.

I found that set at Five Below recently though, and others have reported finding newer series there as well. It might be worth it to you if there are any near to start scouring them, you might get lucky!

It blows my mind that these weren't prioritized by Mattel both due to popularity and the ongoing possibility that they could fall out of favor with WWE. Beyond nWo, would also love to see New Age Outlaws, 96/98 HBK, and Phantom Taker.

I checked 5 Below and they had some series 4 (no Flair on shelf though). Does Ollie's carry them?
