Welp, put in an offer on one on Ebay last night (20 less than BIN but still a hefty price). Now just waiting if it gets accepted or declined.

Welp, seller accepted and I have procured my Shark. You know, it IS kind of fitting that Shark is thus far a Canadian exclusive being that John Tenta was Canadian.

Uk collectors are so screwed.
Things keep selling out here...so why we don’t get stuff like this I don’t know.

After collecting for all these years, The Shark is a easy pass for me. My 2 Earthquakes met my needs. Dungeon of Doom was stupid.

I loved John Tenta coming up. Such a talented big man and great presence out there. Loved Earthquake. Liked him when he was the Shark. Hell when I found out he was Golga I became a fan of Golga. Another guy taken from us by cancer too soon (he was only in his mid 30's) From all accounts I've heard he was one of the all around great guys in wrestling history. I'm glad to have this figure on it's way to my house.

^^^Pretty sure he died in his 40s, which is still waaay too soon. Fantastic figure, I'm sure we'll see this somewhere in the states eventually, so I'll hold off on eBay prices

Currently playing the risky game of not buying one at stupid prices and hoping they come out enough places I can get one not massively over retail at some stage. Between this and fan central I’m really hoping I get a crack at them at some stage.

Between this and fan central I’m really hoping I get a crack at them at some stage. The U.S. stock didn't make it to TRU or got returned or something, according to a tweet from Bill. He said something about finding a different vendor. I'd wait a bit.

Hopefully that means we can get Golga too, with Cartman doll. I don't see why it'd be that hard to get the license. Not sure how it'd sell, but I'm biased to this era.

He was in his EARLY 40's. Doesn't matter still a great man with a tragic ending to a great life.

off topic I know, but seeing Christie Hemme in your signature, I googled to see what she's been up to and she just gave birth to quadruplets in January - same birthday as her daughter - so she's got 5 kids - that's right 5 kids who share the same birthday. WOW.

WOW. That's not Christy (even though I love her) I don't know if I'm allowed to say who it is on a forum that young'ins frequent.
