Kind of a downer for me that the Walmart FB set that contains King Harley Race, an Austin and Roberts that is in tune with KOTR 1996 won't be coming with a KOTR setup.

I like that the winged eagle is coming to the HOC line but having with Bearer is a bit awkward. I think it will be winged eagle and not big eagle since we will get big eagle in wave 2.

Black trunks, white boots, and mullet can be early Nitro but definitely can be NWA Horsemen as well. I guess that is true, he did wear black and white trunks during his NWA days. Though it does seem that he wore more colorful attires during his early run. So the figure can be used for NWA Horsemen and WCW Nitro era. Booker and dark haired Sting are out of place, they should have done a younger blonde Sting, maybe a Sid Vicious, and Lex Luger in a more colorful attire to make it feel more NWA than Nitro era WCW. Either way, I still will get the set. At least its all WCW guys building JJ. Better than something like Jericho, Rusev, Taker, and Neville building Paul Bearer or Cesaro, HHH, X-Pac, and (forgetting the 4th) building Mean Gene. I'm glad we're finally getting sets where the 4 people are somewhat associated with the person you're building.

That Harley head on the BAF JJ body would be a good Vader manager version of Race.

I like how the previous set to build Howard Finkel were all WWF guys that he announced at some point in their careers (Orton, Slaughter, Rude, and Dibiase).

Unfortunately it's not a new character I know it's not KOTR-related but I'd love an Executive Consultant Mr. Perfect with hair-up headsculpt.

I'm willing to bet the suited figure is Dok Hendrix if we're keeping with the KotR theme

If it is Dok, I have zero desire to build him. I’ll get Jake and probably a couple of Harley. I’ll definitely be skipping Austin since that vest does nothing for me and wouldn’t need the BAF parts. Dok would be a weird choice. It’s a figure I don’t think anyone ever asked for. Hayes or Hardy manager Dok would be good to have but does anyone really want him in a tux?

Bill said that is all the retros for the year, only 12 figures for the year is very disappointing. "You can see, basically, the end of the year product line in this case." That was the exact quote. I do think Mattel had more plans for the Retros this year, but for whatever reason there were delays in the expected release date of Series 4 which I think affected any future waves for 2018. Also, depending on whether or not Mattel considers the first Retro App wave (Series 3) a part of 2018, then it could be as many as 16 figures in 2018. What’s happening with the Angle, HBK, Jericho, Undertaker v.2 retros then? Plus wasn’t there a big show and Randy Orton on the back of the retro ring box? Big Show was an unsubstantiated rumor. Orton and the others must have gotten bumped for now, but I hope we see them as soon as humanly possible. Disappointed in the lack of Jericho.

Since Mattel has released so many different Ministry Undertakers it would be nice for a Paul Bearer from that era. Paul Bearer needs to be alot bigger.. ,

Maybe the 4th FB isn’t a king but maybe it’s a queen. Maybe, just maybe, it could possibly be Queen Sherri.

I honestly wouldn't mind a Dok at some point, since he was my first introduction to P.S. Hayes as a kid (Began watching WWF in the mid 90s) so there's a small nostalgia factor here. That said, I would have loved to see the Freebirds first before Dok Hendrix.

Gimme Todd Pettengill instead.

I'm buying two Harleys. One to keep as King and the other to convert to an NWA champ Harley.

If Curt Hawkins can get an Elite, Noam Dar can get an Elite.

Love Harley Race, Honky Tonk, etc.
I am now under the assumption that Zombies sell much better in other places as opposed to where I live. I can't believe they are still making them. Zombies hang around forever in my area.
