Sweet baby Jesus would I love an all WCW Monday Night Wars series ... man, it would be so beautiful. They have rights to plenty of guys that they could just simply do repaints of, from that era. Would WWE allow it ... probably not, but imagine a WCW Chris Jericho, Bill Goldberg, Hollywood Hogan, exc exc ... and yes, Hogan will be back shortly, Idc what Mark Henry isn’t ready for 😎 My figure collection will explode with Mattel Hogans when/if he returns to WWE brother!

I will buy as much WCW and ECW as they are willing to make. You listening, Mattel? The whole damn show will buy em all, so make them. TBH with you, they probably aren’t listening at all.

I wouldn't care about a line or not, I open these so whatever line they're in is meaningless to me. But please do make more WCW and ECW originals.

man shoulda just started a flashback 4 fig per set series a long time ago. 6 sets a year. between repaints, old school, attitude era, wcw, nwa, ecw, etc there was room for this line.

I would buy the HELL out of this! If they let me design a WCW line, this is what we'd end up with:
Surfer Sting (as many as they can make, just keep 'em coming) "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes with jacket Johnny B. Badd with cape and Badd Blaster P.N. News with hat, sunglasses, and chain The Steiner Brothers

With the best of Attitude Era figures coming out it would soon be the perfect opportunity to release a rival WCW line too. Hopefully if the Attitude figures sell really good it will encourage Mattel and WWE to give us more retro figures. I consider the Attitude Era to be that era in wrestling as a whole rather than just WWF at the time, so I guess they could put WCW stars from that era into the line.

Bill Goldberg Bret Hart Eric Bischoff Hollywood Hogan Scott Steiner Outsiders Kevin Nash Jeff Jarett LOD2000 (not too sure if they used this gimmick in WCW though) Tony Schiavone 1998 Warrior Davey Boy Smith Wolfpac Lex Luger
So many figures I would buy in a WCW line.

But don’t you think it would be way cooler for us to have proper references to, and packages, for WCW.

Its baffling why we still haven’t been given a classic Goldberg figure. He was a major star in WCW and absolutely destroyed Lesnar within recent memory. He was a major character in the WWE video game too. Why didn’t they capitalise on his popularity when he was an active member of the roster and give us different versions of his figure? It’s just the one Mattel figure of him to date, right? Very strange.

I thought they would have gotten more figures out like they did with the Hardyz but they didn’t for some reason which is weird because they could use the exact same figure and repaint his beard and it would look fine.

If they wanted to release a quick one that would probably be what Mattel would do. Mattel wanted to sell more rings, so they're capitalizing on that. I personally think that there's work to be done on the Goldberg figures and the raw main event version was mediocre at best. He needs a tan, GLOSSED boots, better headscan with a better paintjob and it would be nice to see a new unique body mold to capture him. Goldberg isn't really a hard figure to nail, but some unique parts could set him apart.

I wouldn't be interstellar in a full line devoted to WCW fillers. Besides, Mattel has sprinkled plenty of WCW guys throughout the years.
