Promote: Rusev. Good worker, decent talker, loaded with charisma. Works well as a heel or a babyface (needs to be babyface for the time being), has the look Vince McMahon loves. There's nearly no downside.
Revamp: Roman Reigns. Once in a generation heel. At this point, though, he needs to go away for a while before even turning. He's too damaged.
Fire: Jinder Mahal. Takes up too much TV time. Can't work, can't talk, completely void of charisma. No upside.
Hire: Cody Rhodes. I'm inclined to say Kenny Omega, since I do prefer him, but I'm still not positive he can "blend in" to WWE. Rhodes has been there, knows the ropes, and has improved by a colossal margin since leaving. He's become a star.

Revamp- Bray Wyatt
Fire- Lesnar
Hire- Kenny Omega
As for Wyatt, I want him to be a straight up Charles Manson type character. A real cult leader. No swamps, rocking chairs, singing, and very limited in ring time. I want Bray to be the scum bag that his ex-wife believes he is!

I wouldn't fire anybody, I would hire. But I'd certainly promote and revamp. They have all the stuff there to make an exciting Mid and Upper card for years to come.

Promote Triple H to Universal / World Champion once again to get number 15. I would rather see HHH break the Nature Boy’s “record”, instead of Cena.
Revamp Shane by making him commissioner of Raw and Stephanie by making her commissioner of Smackdown.
Fire...I mean retire Vince McMahon. He deserves a break, and, not to be disrespectful, but so do we.
Hire Hulk Hogan!! At the very least, give him the Legends contract. Actually, I wouldn’t mind seeing him and Ric Flair as general managers of Raw and Smackdown.

Promote to champion : Dolph Ziggler as universal champion. I want one more big run for this guy, I get how others feel at this point though.
Hire: Bad Influence to NXT. It just needs to happen, even it's brief.
Fire: Carmella. She's just not believable on a roster of great athletes. The same reason I've never enjoyed the Miz, I don't believe he could beat anybody.
Revamp: Roman Reigns. His entire family has been heel, it works. Nothing about him works as a baby face.
