EDIT: (04/21/2018)
EDIT: (04/26/2018 - NEW UPDATE ON PAGE #2)
Another absolutely INCREDIBLE mail day. Today, I received in the mail -- Original Prototypes from one of the last lines Toybiz created for WCW. The series was called, WCW Talk Back. The gimmick feature for this set is that when you push the button on their stomach -- each individual figure will answer a question you give them with one of over 20 phrases. This is an extremely hard to find series as it is, very rarely if ever coming up for sale, when speaking about the production line -- the full set included: Goldberg, Sid Vicious and Buff Bagwell.
These are original Hand Painted Resin Prototypes direct from the original creator and sculptor for Toybiz who designed many sets. As you can see, the bodies differ from the released versions along with some other differences, with the BIG things being that -- Buff Bagwell was NEVER released with his trademark entrance hat, which as you can see, the Prototype version did have one! As I mentioned, hardcore collectors have always believed that there were 3 figures in this line, which is true as you can see on the back of the box, those WERE the only ones released and produced -- however, the biggest thing about my find -- you are looking at the NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN, UNRELEASED, what WAS to be the FOURTH figure in the line...Bret Hart!
Lastly, I was given two Resin stands -- one unpainted and one hand painted featuring the Classic WCW logo from the late 90's to early 00's.
________________________________________________________________________ Trying to do some research on this WCW set that was produced by Toybiz at the tail end of their run. It's called WCW Talk Back. Is the full set comprised of Goldberg, Sid Vicious and Buff Bagwell. Can anyone confirm?

Can anyone confirm? I can confirm they are the only three produced. The three are shown in my Toybiz thread at the top of this section's threads. It took me many years to find Bagwell.

Thanks for the help guys, I just wanted to make that confirmation because it is what I had thought as well. I have, what's going to be an amazing mail day -- two figures from this line coming in today. One differs a bit from the one produced, and the other one -- is a Never Before Seen 4th Character that was never produced. Will share pictures when I have them in hand in the next few hours.

Might have to invest in a new display case soon, this my WCW Prototype shelf now -- all other shelves are similar. No room left anymore...

Always neat to see Bret figures without his trademark sunglasses sculpted on. Never knew this set existed. Very cool find.

I am not usually impressed by prototypes, but I do like these. That might be the best Hart figure had they released it. They seemed to depict him as thin and small.
I had a feeling it might be Bret when you mentioned there was an unreleased one and from looking this morning, I believe that you are right about it never being seen. A lot of the photos from 2000 from Toyfare are gone, but I do recall that they only showed the released ones in their review.
I would love to have a conversation with the guy you got these from if he is the one who made them regarding if he had any knowledge whether some of the items I have been looking for were ever released. Several of the lines that were released were packaged differently and there were two versions, but some of the figures I never have been able to find over the past 9 years of collecting them leading me to believe that they were not released. Examples would include:
Brawlin Bikers - Were Hogan and Savage packaged with the WCW/NWO logo on the package? Nitro Active - Bagwell came packaged in red and black trunks - Were others from this line issued in variant outfits? Smash N Slam - Every figure had variant released except The Giant - Was there one? Bend N Flex - Is there a Goldberg packaged with his arms up in a single pack? He was in a 4 pack that way and all of the others were packed both ways. Whiplashers - Were any other than Sting/Goldberg issued with all blue packaging instead of the blue and green packaging? Body Bashers - Were there four 2 packs issued? Steel Slammers - Was there a single packed Giant released?

That's awesome. Odd choice of figures overall too. Goldberg is obvious and Bret rules, but Buff? And Sid from that era?

Thanks for posting, that Bret Hart is incredible. Reminds me of the character models from WWE All Stars.

I can’t even remember who I have tbh. It’s been boxed up for two years. I believe one of them was ddp.

Sting was with Goldberg, so I doubt that they would package Sting again with someone else. It would likely be Hogan and either Savage or DDP. It is going to haunt you about who it is, so you may as well look. LOL
