Woke up at 5am this morning to put a brisket on the smoker. Didn’t even hear her come down stairs but my daughter said she’d light the coals (and done a pretty good job actually, right down to arranging them how I wanted). 13 hours later and there were plenty of noms to be had.

1st day off and having a chill day, getting to relax at home and indulge. Ordered the Summerslam elite Kane figure, the new CM Punk shirt, a plastic Mattel Kane mask from eBay as well as a new in box Jakks WWF Raw Is War mini ring and figure set. I got it for Christmas 1998 and was happy to find it for a good price MOC! Been wanting it in my collection again for a while.

She stayed home because she had a bunch of meetings. But I had to get out of the house, because we barely go out during the week now. And I am tired of staring at the same walls. |

Got my parcel which had been lost for a month. This was the first time I ordered from a new shop, and I decided to take the plunge after reading detailed Rainbow Shops reviews. Despite the initial hiccup with the delivery, I’m excited to see what this brand has to offer. Many customers praised the affordability and variety of the items available, which convinced me to give them a try. Now that my package has finally arrived, I'm eager to see if the items live up to the positive feedback I read. |

My ducks are growing. Can fill their pool a little over halfway now without any risk. And they finally ate a live worm, so cost of food might stabilize since we have tons of worms here. They love peas! Hadn't tried that yet. They've been tearing through lettuce. |

The fact that over a year ago my now 13 year old dog had paralysis in his hind legs and seemed to be on the decline yet I'm sitting here currently watching him trot through his yard. He's old, tired and about to live with a child but he's still my baby boy and seeing him enjoy himself means the world.

Saw Bruce Springsteen last night, jumping and screaming along to the songs for 3 hours without break has really done a number on me. So now I’m sitting on the train home just longing for my bed
