Stepped on the scales for the first time in a few months after deciding to try and lose some weight, and I got the nice surprise that I'm almost 12 pounds lighter than the last time I weighed myself!

Stepped on the scales for the first time in a few months after deciding to try and lose some weight, and I got the nice surprise that I'm almost 12 pounds lighter than the last time I weighed myself! Good stuff man. I've been doing the same - managed to lose nearly 3 stone all-in-all and the difference to my overall health has been amazing. Keep at it brother! |

That's a lot to shift so congrats to you! I literally said to my gran this morning that whatever the weight was, subtract 2 stone and that's where I want to be. That would get me down to 13 stone so that's my goal now! |

That would get me down to 13 stone so that's my goal now! Awesome stuff man! I was 20 stone (!) when I started, down to just over 17 at the moment. My goal is 14 - so aways to go yet! |

Dug my PS2 out for the first time in a few years, and picked up a copy of SmackDown: Just Bring It from CEX for £2.50 and had a great afternoon playing on that. Story Mode is whack on that game though.

Story Mode is whack on that game though. Still remember playing the demo of this that came bundled with the PS2. Should still have the demo disk laying around. Played it way before I knew what wrestling was. Kane was just "the blood mask guy" and Undertaker was "the biker" to me and my friends as 5-6 year olds. Good times. |
