So what's the deal with him, is someone else using a variation of the Dominator or something? I knew the stalling one armed suplex was one of his signature moves but he always used the spear and Dominator to put people away. I don't watch NXT or 205 so wasn't sure if someone else is using it but if not they really need to give this man his finisher back. This is not the 80's a suplex isn't enough lol

Nobody wants to take the Doninator, why do ya think Faarooq always got countered, and Brauns got the powerslam, and Roman's got the spear.

Titus tries to do the Dominator as a regular move. I’m not super sure if we’ve actually seen a finisher from him yet. So far he’s come back and hasn’t really done anything or had a direction.

It's a pretty lame finishing move a suplex......even a delayed one. He can't use the spear cos Reigns. Maybe he can't use the Dominator cos it's dangerous?

As to the Dominator, it could be a safety issue, but honestly it's no worse than an F5, gourdbuster, or flapjack as they all land on the stomach.
As to the spear, at one time you had Edge and Rhyno using it. You've had Kane and Taker use the Tombstone. So in theory you could have two spears. BUT, you also have Charlotte using it. I think they might be concerned with it's overuse.
My guess is this could be a personal choice to try to make him standout more? Plus, while not awe-inspiring, the use of a suplex to get a win makes Lashley look stronger. Everybody uses a suplex, but only Lashley can get a pin from it. It communicates to the young fans that he doesn't need something fancy to put an opponent away.
If he wants to add some flash to it, maybe try a running suplex?

The bigger question is...has he had any interviews yet? Is he still playing the soft spoken character he had (that was literally in his titantron. Soft Spoken Hard Hitting).
He needs to show the world he's Walking Armageddon.

Too many use the spear as it is. But I don't see any reason why he isn't using the Dominator. Maybe they're saving it for his first big feud?

I don't really see how the Dominator would be unsafe. It's like a 2 foot stomach bump by the time he lets go. I would imagine he'll use it when he really starts needing to put guys away on PPV.
It's a shame if they don't let him use the spear. It's different enough from Roman's that I don't think you lose anything by both guys doing it.

We had Edge, Lashley, Batista and I'm pretty sure someone else doing it at one time in the past and every one knew the difference. Maybe they wont give it to him so he doesn't make Romans spear seem soft or if they feud his isn't more solid looking. Who knows. |

Speaking on the F5.. I’ve heard several wrestlers say it’s one of the safest finishers. Kurt said Brock can baby you with that move if he wants and you barely even feel it when you hit the mat.

I love the stalling suplex. Reminds me of Davey Boy. Braun and Lashley using Bulldogs moves to win last night was pretty cool.

I wouldn't mind seeing him do Goldberg's military press power slam for a finisher.
Or would that be too close to Braun?

You know what would work for him that they probably wouldn’t do. The stalling suplex, into a Jack Hammer. Yeah I said it. That move, like the super kick, is to effing cool for no one to ever use it again.
