Vince McMahon has a fetish for tall men, so Big Cass will get plenty of opportunities. Personally, I've not been impressed with him, but he's still super green, so we don't really know what he's capable of. He got hurt just as he was breaking into a singles push. I'd like to see him get in a little bit better shape. His body just seems a little "SAWFT" to me. lol To be fair, you can’t teach that...

What promo did you guys watch?
It was extremely clear the entire promo that none of those were Big Cass’ words and it ruined it for me.
That and the fact that he refused to fix his sleeve of his jacket...

They should have probably dropped him in NXT for a short singles run. Also he should have worked out his upper body while he was rehabbing his knee. He actually looks in worse shape than when he left. The Test comparisons are very valid. Putting him into a feud with Bryan is a mistake. He needs to build momentum, and he isn't going to do that with Bryan.

I think he just sucks SO BAD, that a semi decent promo out of him made him look like The Rock when he really is more of a Brayden Walker.

He sucks and should only be used as muscle. Much like Diesel was in his debut.

I thought he worked well with Enzo as a tag team, and finally started to grow out of the dear in the headlights look. When they split, though, he was immediately exposed. He was saddled with a weak angle that lost its luster almost immediately, and then got hurt before could really gain any traction at all.
I was rolling my eyes a bit when he showed up on Smackdown last week and was immediately put into a big angle with Daniel Bryan, but I thought he redeemed himself really nicely this week. He cut a really strong promo. He's got a long ways to go in the ring, and I'm sure he's a little rusty too, but working with Bryan should help him quite a bit.
So, the jury's out, but I feel a whole lot better after this week than I did last week.

When he injures Daniel Bryan this will all be a moot discussion.
Personally I don’t see the comparisons to test. Test was great. Test was imposing.
Cass looks like the odd friendly giant of a kid in high school. He’d be the guy who’d stood up for me as a nerd but would be as effective in a fight as a punching bag. Not intimidating. Not imposing. Just tall.

Ehh. It’s going to take more than one promo for him to win me over. He was pretty rubbish in the ring, so hopefully he’s atleast tried to improve. Please tell this to all the people here who think The Miz's promo on Daniel Bryan was enough to make him better all around when he's still merely OK at best. As for Big Cass, just drop the C from his name and you got my thoughts. He's on the level of an average NXT worker. Going to have to disagree with you on that one. Miz is solid in the ring, not the best and far from it, but solid. He consistently puts out good promo work and is one of the last true heels in the company. I’m not a huge fan of the guy, but you have to give credit where it’s due. Anyone else in his spot would have completely fell off the radar after his WM27 downfall. But he persevered, reinvented himself, and is doing the best work of his career. You have to respect that.

I initially didn't care for him. I thought "great, here comes another Roman experiment",but Tuesday really surprised me. I dug his segment, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he's got and feuding with D-Bry.

Somebody said Test was imposing?! 😂 Test was nothing but a taller knockoff Edge too. Test was hot trash in the ring and on the Mic. Don't let someone passing on make midcarders into legends now. The guy wore leather pants and a see through shirt for Gods sake. Not to mention he also suffered from the "not skinny not fat" body type lol. Some of y'all need to go back and have another look.

I think WWE have made quite a few good descisions recently. Big Cass’ new gimmick and feud with Bryan, Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre pairing, Nakamura’s heel turn, Bobby Lashley being brought back, good roster swaps in draft etc.
Hopefully they keep it up.

If he could get in a better shape and not look like a tall skinny fat ass I would maybe take him more seriously.

Extremely mediocre. Never saw anything in either him or Enzo.

In my opinion Ziggler should of brought in Cass as his ‘bodyguard’ type figure and then Drew should of gone to SmackDown.

Disagree about test. He played the douche bag role well in 2003 with Stacy and Steiner. In fact,I was watching an old raw a few days ago and a friend of mine even asked me if he was that big of an a-hole in real life or just played the part very well. I think during that time frame he was very good with his promos and such. Ring work could have used some tweaking but most of the big men in wwe find that to be the case. Not all, but most.

Not a fan of what I’ve seen so far, but like many others, I don’t feel he’s found his ‘thing’ yet. I’m waiting to see where the whole Colin Cassady trademark thing goes. Will he go the way of being Miz’s hired muscle to take out Bryan? Will Shane turn heel on Bryan, using Cass as his hand-picked ‘guy’ to take him out? Will WWE change directions like usual and drop the whole idea of using Cass’ full name on screen?
