How Did Ultimate Warrior Lose IC Title after WrestleMania VI ? wasn't he allowed to hold both belts and defend belts at the same time?

Nope back then you had to relinquish one of the titles.

Imagine if Hulk Hogan won the Ultimate Challenge. That yellow strap would look great on the Hulkster!!

The "rules" were you couldn't be the world champion and IC champion simultaneously. When Seth Rollins was wwe champion, he was US champion at the same time. I think it was just a way of getting the title off of Warrior without having to beat him.

I remember when they announced that Warrior was defending his Title in that match too that no way was Hogan winning.
But interesting enough, that is the one and only time Hulk Hogan has ever challenged for the IC Title!

As cool as that poster is with both men having titles, I think it would have been even better for the event if they pulled the old "give up your lower ranked title to get a shot at the big one" that territories used to do and crown a new IC champ at the same event.

I remember TNA Wrestling did that too in 2012 with Austin Aries giving up the X-Division Title to get a shot at Bobby Roode's TNA World Title. It did make for a better show since we got to see a new X-Division Champion crowned and get a World Title match.

They should have done it just so it wouldnt have been as predictable of a finish. I mean how stupid would it have been to have Hogan win, get the IC title only to be like "Nah Jack, here you can have it back now Ill keep defending my World Title"
