I think if they sign some more vets and keep Barnes, Pietus, Richardson, Jackson, and Davis they can be champs

I don't know about champions, but I definitely agree that they can get even deeper into the playoffs next season.
This past year, Baron Davis proved why, when he is healthy, he can be one of the best players in the NBA. He can completely control a game at will, and I hope to see him stay with the Warriors for the long run, and avoid any further injuries.
I know that Barnes & Biedrins are both free agents this upcoming offseason, so hopefully they re-sign both (if not both, then certainly Barnes).
Also, if they can acquire a big who can run with Nellie's offense either in the draft or free agency, that gives me even further reason to believe they can make a larger impact next year (as if what they did this past playoffs wasn't large enough for the team).

I think the Warriors need a big guy.. they obviously have the shooters but they need a post player getting the rebounds.. as much as i would like to see the Timberwolves bringing in some help for KG, i think KG would be a great compliment for the Warriors' style, Minnesota is simply disrespecting him and he deserves a team and an organization that trully wants to win..
