This is way better than any on screen feud in WWE right now...

I don't know who is right or who is wrong. I wasn't there, so I'm not going to pretend to know or choose sides. As I said before, the truth probably falls somewhere in between.
That being said, I'm still not sure you can publicly drag someone's name in the mud like Punk did. At least not without some legal repercussions. Rather than doing the podcast, he should have found himself a lawyer to begin with and sued Amann for negligence.

Punk has more or less admitted, in so many words, that a lot of what he said was exaggerated truth, which likely could've been deduced by most discerning ears at this point.
WWE is certainly not looking clear of fault, though. The fact that Punk stayed in the ring for 30+ minutes with them knowing he was concussed, and THEN taking a huge table bump afterward, is totally baffling.

Wrestlezone. Hate the site but somebody from there is in the court house everyday covering the trial. Why does everyone hate wrestlezone? Thats the first "smark" website I ever visited so for that I will always like it.

And the truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Nicely said. This is how I try to view all backstage stories in wrestling. There’s always 2 sides to every story, and a mix of certain emotions (anger, jealousy, etc) can easily cause exaggeration from one or both sides.

I even suffered through that awful period when you get like 75 pop up ads every time you clicked on something.

This is way better than any on screen feud in WWE right now... They should have just filmed the trial and aired that instead of Raw for a few weeks.

So closing arguments where made today and Dr. Amanns lawyer believes he's due over $4 million in total damages, what a f*&%$*g joke.

Nice to see the case is finally over, and as a fan of Punk, I'm happy to see him win.
As incredibly unlikely as it looks, at least now it's possible that Punk will either return on TV, be inducted into the HoF, or be included on merchandise. I know how incredibly unlikely it seems, especially right now, but at least it's possible now. There was no way any of that would happen while the court case was still ongoing, but now that it's done, at least there's a tiny little possibility. In the end, everybody comes back.

Well, well, well. That wasn't the result Amann was hoping for now, was it?

Well, just so the facts are clear, that number was $1 for every verifiable stream of Colt’s podcast. It’s not like he pulled a number out of the sky. They probably knew they would lose anyway, but had the money to at least try.
