Apart from the attire, doesn't even look like him. I think he'd want a silly amount, as it sounds like a semi attraction and something he's not really bothered about parting with.
I wouldn't even bother.

The company that makes these creates all sorts of life-sized statues and over-sized props. They're just promotional items for stores or a lot of times you'll see them at party rental places. I don't think they're actually licensed; I could be wrong though. They're just fiberglass figures. These things usually retail for around $1000 new.

I saw it on a storage wars ripoff show a few years ago and it was in canada i think. Its just a platform hes on

Those statues look more like Paul Teutul Sr. and the Huckster than they do Hogan.

Yeah, I mean it's worth a fair amount because it's a huge statue, but don't get too caught up on it being tied to Hogan. Those have been around for 20 years or more and were made with no input from Hogan. Hulk just eventually ended up with one outside his shop. But they have been used on lots of random stores and such in places across the globe. There were dozens, if not hundreds made.
