Don’t care at all about it...plus the packaging is wayyy to big. Thought Mattel was trending into smaller boxes, then out comes huge EG boxes

Entrance Greats is OK, but personally I'd much prefer the Defining Moments line: more accessories and they look much better MIB too (plus, the Entrance Greats music-box thing doesn't do anything for me). So people want the defining moments back, and they forget that last several releases where just elites in bigger boxes and little to no accessories. It's night and day when you compare the original dm's to the newer ones. The only "poor" DM figure (IMO) was the UM Warrior... other later releases were good to great - especially Macho Man and Jericho. It's a shame the Entrance Greats came back when it did: we could have had Angle with the Euro and IC belts and Jeff with a towel and the WWE title - both in gorgeous Defining Moments boxes...

Yeah scrap the music box and give us more accessories and the hard to get or unmade titles.

Yes, yes and yes again. And for the exact same reasons. This concept is hugely out of date. I have said this before on here too.
That music box does nothing for me. Not even as a stand as I put all my figures on the RSC stands.
I think I'm more shocked of the amount of people that actually like it in here.

Looking at it from the perspective of kid playing with the figures or figure feds I'd say yes. Nowadays it seems almost every kid has a smart phone or access to one to play any theme they want quickly. But from say the collector standpoint and someone who has them on shelves displayed, that is where it's novelty is I think. For either yourself or a guest or friend walking in that you are showing the collection to, it is really neat and entertaining to walk up and press the button playing a theme or various themes for the all the different figures.

The music box is absolutely useless to me but the sound quality is impressive. But for the insane price of £32.99 (!) I would much rather defining moments line continued. Imagine these 3 DMS instead of entrance greats:
Kurt Angle with medals, microphone and European/IC belts Jeff Hardy with shirt, towel, necklace and spinner belt Roode with Robe and US title.

I don’t care about the music stand or the fancy box. I would rather they have more accessories and deco

Yes it should be scrapped and return to Defining Moments. Can't agree with you more! Spend that money on more accessories. (Looks at the Entrance Greats Finn Balor) "OH Mmyy Ggoodness!" (Martin: Shanaynay voice) On the flip side, look at GAB Sting, Maniacs Ultimate Warrior, and Thuganomics Cena. And really Vengeance 01 Jericho. All 4 that could have been in regular Elite waves and didn't need the extra cost associated with EG.

If Mattel/WWE can somehow get the the rights to Gangrel sorted I would want the line to stick around just for that theme.

It seems outdated to me. As many have said, ideally, I'd like them to do DM but closer to the first few rather than the later, glorified regular elites

Kurt Angle is rotting hard everywhere I go. $25-30 is too much for such a basic figure. The music box is as worthless to me as figures that have action features.

One thing I want to know since I'm a MOC collector. Does the box play the whole song? It seems like it's the first few seconds only.

Talk about a disappointment for me.
2010 - Cloth attires, Basic style body, flashback heavy
2018 - Bigger Box, Elite Style Body, one or two accessories
Honestly I forgot how amazing the original line was. I bought and still have Piper, Taker, Michaels, Dibiase, and Jericho from the original run. I'm still amazed that this was Mattel in 2010. Flash forward to 2018 and it's a Kurt Angle that should have been in the Elite series, Bobby Roode who gets a robe and music, Jeff Hardy Elite, and Binn Falor with a towel or waistband of some sort.

The music box is cool but personally I would rather have more accessories and features on the figure then the box. Besides the box doesn’t play the whole song so I never use it.

Yes. I’d prefer the O.G black oval display stands.

It’s a nice feature but if I was still collecting it’d be something I could do without tbh.
