Good. Too much talent to not be shined on a global stage.
Well, except Cody... he needs a little more time to find his own gimmick.

What’s interesting about them potentially signing them, is that they’re all going to have a bit of leverage that most independent guys don’t usually get.
I’m sure they’ll want to keep doing BTE, they own the right to The Elite brand. They probably also wouldn’t be signing with no knowledge of what WWE’s plans are with them, unlike most indy guys they sign who are just happy to catch their break.
I don’t see it working out, and it will be WWE’s fault because The Elite are everything that WWE hates. They made it without WWE; they own the rights to all their stuff, and they aren’t just going to roll on their backs and do whatever WWE wants.

I mean, the whole “report” is guesses and speculation. It’s rather obvious WWE would be interested in signing them.

God I hope those useless spot monkeys The Bucks don’t ever come to WWE. They are all kinds of bad.
Keep their doughy little boy bodies and ugly ass mutton chops in the minors where they belong.

if anyone thinks the WWE doesnt want Cody back or that Cody wouldnt want to go back to the WWE they are just being blind Cody is a perfect example of a guy who NEEDED to go away. The Stardust thing was cool for a bit, but once it became dumb and it was clear they didnt have any further plans for it, they weren't going to just bring back Cody Rhodes, it would have been just as bad. Cody's going the McIntyre route, go away for a few years...get even better than you were and you'll be even more over when you come back. I literally don't remember anyone caring about Drew McIntyre, the 3MB thing was kind of over, but they were jobbers. When he was released it was all about "man what wasted talent, but oh well" then he goes and gets super-over and about 300x better in the ring, and they brought him back now he's one of the biggest things going. Cody needed the break, the WWE needed the break. When he comes back he's gonna be in the same spot as Drew. (not with Dolph, i just mean as over/badass as Drew is) Apparently marino13 and I have failed at our friendship with you if you didnt know this.

Kenny Omega isn't signed to a ROH contract... Cody needs to return to WWE. If he gets stuck on the indies without Being the Elite, he's in trouble imo. The actual report I saw of what Meltzer said earlier mentioned his NJPW contract is up at the beginning of the year, and I do believe Kenny himself said he had re-signed for 2 years a couple years ago when everyone was freaking out about him debuting in the Rumble. Still, I can't imagine he leaves NJPW now. They just put the IWGP belt on him and he wants to help build the brand inside the States. I sincerely doubt Gedo would pull the trigger on putting the belt on him now if he thought he would walk out the door after WK in January.

I'm guessing they want to stay away from the garbage that is the WWE, or at least I hope that's the case.

As much as I would love to see Omega and Rhodes (back in a WWE ring), I just don't see them wanting to give up so much of their creative freedom coming to the WWE. But I do drool at the thought of seeing Omega vs. Rhodes vs. AJ Styles vs. Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania.

I'd be surprised if the Bucks & (especially) Omega signed with WWE before 2020 (Omega ever). Cody does seem destined to come back, it's a lock if he tries to make All In an actual promotion. They'd scoop him up FAST.
If the money keeps coming in like it has been, why would any of these guys sign? They'd lose creative control, see their families less, work more dates, and make less in merch.
I'm seeing this as a negotiation play.

If The Young Bucks come to WWE, I can't wait for their first match against the Usos. Fifteen minutes of super kicks. And just to keep things interesting, Dolph can interfere... with even more super kicks! it put Shawn Michaels with them and make it a six man

They seem very happy with how things are going but I understand if they choose to go to WWE. I'm sure WWE will off them big bucks.

The WWE going after top Impact Wrestling, indie and international names involved with a show that sold 10,000 tickets is not news.

The pro wrestling equivalent of LeBron free agency talk. We all know how that ends. Annoyance & disappointed fans of the bigger company/city.

All 4 are doing great in the indies, I would keep riding the wave until it starts dying down a lot then I would jump to WWE for a few years and call it quits. The Young Bucks are making more money than most guys in WWE and work less, it's going to have to be a great offer if WWE really wants them.

I feel like if Cody sees some of these articles, (and I’m sure he will) he’s gotta have a huge smile on his face. They willingly let him walk, now only 2 years later they are supppsedly preparing a big money offer.
It will be interesting the next few months. January with WrestleKingdom and Rumble, will be crazy with rumors and speculation.
I try and picture these guys in their current state and I just can’t picture them in WWE. Is it possible that they’ve done the impossible, became too big for WWE? I can’t see the Young Bucks coming in and having to work the B Team, Slater/Rhyno, Titus Worldwide etc because it turns out creative doesn’t know what to do with them. Same with Omega and Cody.
