I haven't seen them on TV in weeks.
Injuries?
Or the dreaded creative has nothing for them?

Its mainly creative and not enough time. On Raw theres 3 hours, so they have plently of time to get the majority of the roster that matters in TV. On SD, theres 2, so they have a hard time getting everyone on TV.

I thought we read Sheamus was dealing with a number of nagging injuries and needed time.
I don't ever really think it's a bad idea to cycle guys around and in and out. They can't really do a breakup angle with Cesaro and Sheamus imo because they started the team with a best of 42 or whatever. So this may be an opportunity for them to just quietly take some time off TV and return as separate performers again.
As long as it's still possible, I'm going to continue to campaign for Cesaro and Hero to tag together. Ohno has put virtually everyone he can over in NXT. The least WWE can do is let one of the single greatest tag teams in the history of the business reunite on the main roster. It's not like Vince cares about the tag team division. So it's the perfect opportunity to let them turn nothing into something. Kings reign supreme.

They're wrestling on house shows, but not on TV. It seems like they were tag champs for 2 years straight, so either WWE is just taking them off TV to give them a break so they can bring them back and make them seem fresh because we haven't seen them in a while, or maybe they just legit can't figure out what to do with them because they had the belts for so long.

What happened? They went to Smackdown. totally. if I was a wrestler on Raw or Smackdown, I'd beg to be sent down to NXT

They kinda just don’t fit into the tag team picture right now which sucks.
I thought I had heard earlier this year that Sheamus was approaching retirement due to spinal stenosis, but he’s been hanging around.
I do see he’s got a fitness channel on YouTube though. He may be finding his way out before retiring.

It sucks that Sheamus is having to deal with possibly retiring soon, but if so, how great would it be if he came out and said, "Cesaro, you're my best friend, and I found a suitable replacement for myself in this team.... and you know him real well...." and then Kassius Ohno's theme song starts to play and he comes out and hugs Cesaro and Sheamus, thus making the Kings of Wrestling a team on the main roster.

They can barely focus on one tag team feud at a time, so if they're not involved in that, there's nothing for them to do.

They're well established no harm in keeping an off TV, rather than have them beating robbers for no other reason other than getting TV time.
Build up some competition for them before bringing them back for a massive pop.

I mean, I'm of the mindset, if you don't have any direction, keep em off TV awhile. We've heard reports are Sheamus was dealing with injuries. And we can see SD is kinda overloaded at the moment. So need need to force them in there and have them losing matches they shouldn't even be in and risking injuries.
Sometimes, absence does make the heart grow fonder. And I'm sure they'll be back soon.

Sheamus has a neck injury similar to what ended Edge's career. I admit I want to see him as a grand slam champion before he retires.

I'd love a kings of wrestling reunion(even though I doubt they will be called that), but WWE seems like they'd rather die than put Ohno on the main roster.

I could see the Bar being the next team to challenge Team Hell No if they win the tag titles.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder. For the last few years New Day, Uso's & Sheamus/Cesaro have been pushed down our throats week in and week out. Not having them on the show right now should make the fans eager for their return. I for one can't wait for them to show up out of the blue (pun unintended) on the Blue Brand and lay waste to whoever holds the belts at that point. I'm sure when they do they will get a massive pop.
