I really don't see what the big deal is about having to know who's coming. Like Bill said, if they're on TV enough, they'll have a figure at some point or another. And if it's a Legend, I really don't see how knowing or not knowing right now would make a difference. And from a business standpoint, that would be the equivalent of a company like Apple telling you about their next iPhone the day after they release their new model, giving people the opportunity to hold off on buying the current model they're hoping to make money on because now they want the next one. That wouldn't be a good business decision. Its all about the sense of entitlement, social media has bred this into people these days, i want i want Nah man. The self entitled idiots around here are the ones who cry about the 50 Cenas, Romans, Seths, etc that they put out. I fully understand and support that. They sell enough of those to give us our Sharks, Bob Backlund, Harly Race etc I just simply think being a little more open about who can and can’t be made would alieviate a TON of bitching and complaining Their decision sucks to not sign others outside of Legends deals, but that’s their plan and we accept that. Just let us know who IS available is all I’m saying, and who knows it could lead to some positive communications or outcomes It’s not about self entitlement

That would stop 50% of the complaining on this board. As far as I know (myself included) most everyone assumed Greg Valentine was available to make before that was shot down At sdcc And yes obviously current roster will be made now if they’re on tv enough. Just think seeing the actual Legends deal list would be great How would that affect you? What changes would this create in your life knowing who they could make? If you're wanting to know to properly budget your action figure finances, then OK. But other than that, I can't see how knowing who they can make would make any difference in the world. As far as people complaining on this board, that's going to happen no matter what because people are never happy, and it's not Mattel's job to make everyone happy. They do the best they can. There are no "dirt sheets" in the toy business, nor should there be. Just keep requesting who you want to see in the Suggestion forum and maybe they'll get it done.

Hammer, Martel, Surfer Sting and Jarrett were already answered this weekend he said they didn’t have the rights to them. In Martel’s Case the Legends deal ended. And as for their signing legends they said they had to submit a list to the WWE and then the WWE either says yes or no. And the WWE has to sign the wrestlers to the Legends deal. Pretty sure that was all answered in the videos posted over SDCC weekend.

I can promise you in my everyday life I wouldn’t be losing sleep over it. But while being on this forum about collecting wrestling figures it kind of crosses my mind We will just have to agree to disagree. I don’t think MDT is cruising the Suggestion Box on here too much, either If they opened up about who they COULD make them maybe they wouldn’t have to wade through 100 posts of BS and get to real, legit suggestions that are possible

They should have at least one in every Basic, Elite, BP and Exclusive wave they release with a solid wave of Sting figures for each at least once a year.

I thought Jeff Jarrett would’ve been signed to a legends deal by now. He works for another promotion. He currently holds the AAA Mega Championship.

Where was this mentioned, Chicago's summary only said that Martel is not available:
Also, for Stuart?'s list, I know that these guys were touched on in Steve's Q&A but the question I would like asked is are WWE actively trying to sign these guys to a legends deal or are they just not interested?! I know its a long shot that they would answer such a question but it would help clarify the situation and it doesn't hurt to ask.
I only collect from one specific time frame (Golden Era- 1986-1993) and only certain guys- those that are on the list of favourites that I compiled. Knowing who is and who isn't available to be made would help me to decide whether to continue collecting or not- I don't understand why this information is so important that it has to remain hidden?! Thanks to Steve's Q&A, I now know that all the legends I am interested in are currently not signed and thus not available to be made so I can call it a day- for now. Keeping us in the dark doesn't do any good IMO, it just ticks off collectors and may even turn some off- is that what Mattel wants, less customers?!

I don't know about anyone else, but I am tired of so much time being taken up by answering the same, "When are we going to see..." questions. They all end up the same, either, "it's in the works," or, "It's possible, if they're under a contact and people want it." Whether someone is "in the works" or "possible," is that really going to affect your future WWE Mattel purchases? I would like to hear more concrete questions answered, like what is Mattel doing about Target's inability to stock new items! I've asked that the past 2 years and never gets asked... I agree. We know we’re getting a Bobby Lashley. We know it takes 9-12 months from when they debut to expect a figure. We saw a render of Lashley during the panel confirming he’s coming. Why ask the question? There should be a thumbs down option for comments just for Q&A selections to give the admins the ability to see the questions that we don’t like as well as the ones we collectively like. Have to disagree. We didn't get a great answer but would have been great to hear "Look for the Bobby Lashley around black friday or Thanksgiving. We know people want it so we are expediting it to get it out then, since he's on TV and hot right now". The answer makes some of the questions bad. It was a good question, I am glad it was asked. Bill just side steps and has ambiguity sometimes (and I understand it's his job, so he has to be like that).

I hate that every other question is "Will we get a _____ figure?" and we get the same "It's possible if they're signed to a deal" answer. There were a lot of great questions asked here that I would love to know the answer to, most of all, questions regarding the state of the line in the UK when it comes to exclusives/distribution and it sucks that they got ignored for the same old boring questions that we get a vague answer to. Can you cite a specific question in the Q&A submission thread that you think should have been asked? We selected some of the most popular questions posted on the thread and social media and even some that weren't that popular to mix it up. It would be great to hear what question you think should have been selected. Pretty simple. Was a hot topic that DM Macho Man from Wrestlemania 3 was not made in correct trunks color. Released in lilac trunks not the pink he wore vs. Steamboat. Many here discussed it for pages on pages on end. I asked to ask Bill will we get a repaint - or just to start some conversation on why this was done. Knew I would go through whole video and it would never be asked. That was a pretty popular question to be asked. Now we will never know.

Was it mentioned if the Hacksaw Jim Duggan Retrofest elite will come with multiple hands? I'm assuming not, would love to have a 'thumbs up' hand that I don't have to swap from one of the Wild Samoans.
Also are display stands being phased out with the addition of extra hands in the elite line?

I learned absolutely nothing from the Q&A. Not even the Dude Love story. Surely it can’t be that hard to pick 20 or so questions that aren’t all “can we get this guy in this specific look” which always get a “stay tuned” answer

I know Bill and his team don't deal with distribution, but I wonder if they could let those that do know that Canada is incredibly thirsty for the NXT figures outside of the Series 1 scraps and leftovers we were handed just recently
