are people seriously complaining about them releasing an Undisputed Era 3-pack? I'm legitimately starting to become embarrassed at being a part of this community. This isn't opinion, these are facts- 1. Nobody is forcing you to buy it. 2. It's not taking the place of some other amazing 3 pack of repaints. 3. It doesn't ing matter what the name of the pack is called. 4. We're getting 3 debut figures of guys in the company whom a lot of people are fans of. No different than literally anybody else on the roster.

who cares stil gonna sell well. Just wait til after sdcc to start being negative If I spend money on these things, then MDT needs to know there is an alternate preference out there. They need to know many diehard wrestling fans don't have a strong preference for good wrestling--they like the entertainment value just as much. you don’t have to spend your money on the UE epic moment pack. Plus I’m sure they’ll show things you’ll like today

I'm really excited to see the EM Undisputed Era set! The announcement of that set alone has got this SDCC off to a great start IMO.
I can't wait for the panel to see what else is coming our way.

Undisputed Era will be the first epic moments set I pick up. I do appreciate that Bill is a wrestling nerd like the rest of us as he makes stuff like this happen fairly quickly. "Wrestling nerd" and smart mark aren't necessarily the same thing. Not everyone who loves wrestling cares about 5'10" guys doing flippy moves--theres more to the artform then that, a lot more infact. Not only is Undisputed Era an embarassingly bad choice for Epic Moments (seriously what did they do that was epic? have "good matches"? who cares?) but it shows that MDT is getting irritatingly smarky for my tastes, and I'm sure many others as well.

I'm also really glad to see Tozawa, Carmella, Mojo, and D-Bry in the display case. I take that as good news, and I hope we hear where those Fan Central figures are going to end up.

Last year I was unproductive at work because I spent all day waiting for the Shamrock figure reveal. This year, with no particular character in mind, I’m as equally unproductive and excited! Let’s see some Hercules and WMIII Ricky Steamboat! And Greg Valentine and Duggan and...

Judging from some of the info that has come out and what we've seen Mattel already show, I think we're in for a good week that has a little something for everybody. Of course that will probably be mixed in with plenty of complaining on here. But hey, can't win 'em all.

Some of what your sayig is right, but when a rerailer orders them and they dont sell, which then stops them ordering the next one, it becomes an issue

By putting a random faction in the line, it's a way of just saying "here's 3 guys in a box" and not being true to the concept. I don't want them to do that. I want them to all be literally moments that are of great significance. Otherwise why not just bring back the generic Walmart 3 packs?

Right! And you clearly have no idea about those things, if you reduce The Undisputed Era on being "5'10 guys doing flippy moves", when 2 of TUE's Members are submission & striking specialists and Adam Cole barely does "flippy moves". They might pull off a Suidice Dive here and there, but same can be said about guys twice their size & weight. And "Epic Moments" is just a name, like "Defining Moments" or "Entrance Greats". As if Wrestlemania 15, was such a "Defining Moment" for The Undertaker or as if Kurt Angle is known for an amazing and noteworthy "Entrance" like Bobby Roode, Finn Balor, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker etc. etc. And who cares? A lot of people, just because you don't care, doesn't mean no one cares! So get off your high horse and deal with it. And within NXT the Undisputed Era is a big deal! They won the first ever War Games Match in WWE History & Adam Cole became the first ever NXT North American Champion, and those have been very important or "epic" moments for NXT! It doesn't matter what a random indivual thinks about it. And let's be honest. The next "Epic Moments" Set will be the Shield Reunion from last year, so they aren't setting the bar very high, to begin with. Compared to that, TUE did way more noteworthy things than The Shield in 2017. And I don't even have a problem with that set, it makes perfect sense for Mattel to make such a set, and same can be said about one of NXT's most over Groups. No matter what some Anti-Smarks think about it.

All things Undisputed Era at TakeOver New Orleans was absolutely an Epic Moment for anyone who watches NXT, which is a ton of people now. Also, every member of Undisputed Era is a technical wrestler. Not a one of them is a flippy wrestler. You're entitled to want a plethora of Flashback figures, or whoever you like, and be disappointed when they don't happen, but feeling the need to cutdown the most popular act in NXT, and collectively some of the best current wrestlers on the planet, because of that disappointment is silly. Bill also made Red Rooster and Shark. You want to take bets on how many more units that UE 3-pack is going to sell over those two, super niche, figures? Figures you couldn't pay me to display in my collection mind you. Bill is trying to make figures for 30 plus years of fans. Not every release is going to be for you. The Milk Truck EM pack is from nearly 20 years ago. That's absolutely geared at Flasbhack collectors. This time around is aimed at people who watch the current product. It's about balance. Always has been.

War Games was pretty epic. The first time the match took place at a WWE event and it delivered. fair enough
