That statue price is what some people spend in a year on figures. Going to be anywhere from $400-$600 plus another $50 or so for shipping. It is a cool piece, but unless you absolutely love Warrior... that money could go to buying pretty much every reveal at SDCC. Could get 20-30 elites or one statue.
Based on the minimal new and interesting flashbacks nowadays, I should be able to afford it.
I take it you weren't too thrilled with what we saw at SDCC? Or just not happy at the amount of Legends/Flashbacks in general? |

I wanna see the WM2 tag match, Beefcake/Valentine vs British Bulldogs with Captain Lou!! You know what would make a sweet 3-pack? Dream Team with Luscious Johnny Valiant. And another set with the Bulldogs and Captain Lou. Those are like pipe dreams for me -- and I would think most old-school WWE action figure collectors would buy the hell out of those, lol.
I agree, I think flashback collectors would gobble those up. I recall some 6-man tag matches with those guys. Wish WWE or Mattel would sign Dynamite Kid. It boggles my mind why we haven't seen Valentine yet. Pat Patterson before the Hammer? Amazing... I don't think anyone collected wresting figures in Patterson's heyday

You gotta think that Asuka will be the first figure in that line. All that deco, plus a robe, plus 3 masks and a headdress. But i cant see them bringing out a new line amd making it an exclusive to wrestlemania axxess Think it’s also a wwe shop exclusive too. If it’s gonna be a $40-50 figure then I doubt many retailers are gonna wanna carry it. Probably will be an online exclusive series. |
