I'm kind of disappointed we don't get much of a heads up anymore from Bill on this forum. "They" get upset when leaked pictures pop up. Just a heads up, I don't buy figures that I don't want. Not because the pictures were released early... Got it Mattel These threads is starting to get stale with just assumption and prediction. I used to LOVE popping up on here to "actually see" or "know" what figures are getting released. He said he'd stop posting here because Chicago was posting leaked lineups. There's your person to point your finger at. that wasn’t what triggered him. It was Chicago posting moc images of bofaa Jericho and Austin which were already on amazons website |

Can we please get a damn elite referee? LJN had 2 different versions. Wouldn't mind an Earl Hebner or Joey Marella. Those were the two big referees that I remember from the 80s and 90s. Would probably work best in a Build-a-Figure line, with the Refs being the build-a-figure. Crazy we haven’t got one yet. 🙄 |

Bill stopped posting here long before Chicago posted pics. Bill stopped posting when Lorenzo questioned Bill integrity & work ethic over a Sting figure....THAT HE STILL  ING BOUGHT! Outside of a "thats not true", "thanks for the comments (during a Con)...Bill never made another relevant post since then. Chicago has contributed more to collectors here in 6-8 months then Bill has since 2010. I have nothing against Bill but Im thankful for Chicago because it helps me balance my collecting budget out knowing whats coming. Bill for whatever reason, whether his or Mattel's, never fully understood the power of talking to your collectors like Jeremy did. |

If it wasn't Chicago it would have been anyone of us. Fact is Bill left because he was angry. If I'm being honest, this is a place for cummunity members to talk about any and all things wrestling. Someone would have posted the news. Pointing fingers at a member whom the community respects is a bit tasteless. I don't think so. He's usually the first to post leaked lineups and it's not really appropriate as a mod to a forum that is hosted by one of Mattel's customers (ringside). I like when we see pics that are sent out ahead of time to Instagram influencers. Bill obviously wants this to happen. That's why they get figures early. I'm not really interested in seeing leaked lineups that someone found on Amazon or from Target's computer system. A name doesn't mean much to me. I'd rather see figures from The Instagram folk or from Bill at conventions. Do us all a big favor then: A) go post somewhere else if this place offends your sensibilities OR B) become HALF the member Chicago is. |

I like Bill and his work, but he was wrong for that blow up. If Bill had an issue because the pics weren’t supposed to be shown yet Then the issue should have been with Amazon for posting the pics on their site or whoever it was at Mattel who sent the pics to Amazon. Not Chicago for posting a pic he got from Amazon. |

Yea i never got it either . Wfigs is like they say a very small percentage of the market. And we are the hardcore collectors, this kind of forum is basically for sharing information on whats out and whats coming out, knowing the upcoming line ups only makes some of us buy more
And Chicago was the reason i was logging into this site every day for a long time. That guy kept it interesting and hes a class act
I have nothing against bill, he makes my figure dreams come true but i do miss chicagos thread a lot

Even the lineups Chicago was posting were, mostly, from store websites...it's not like he went and stole the lists from Bill's desk. That said, I like Bill, and he does give some good info to those that ask questions to him on Twitter. I just wish he would come back and post a little more regularly. I know he's not going to give us lineups for the next year or pictures every week or anything like that, but for a company that is pushing a new "Elite Squad" collectors campaign, one would think he'd be willing to come back here. |

But on a side note I just seen listings for new battle packs on Amazon it's shelton/gable owens/zayn and triple h/hbk all are up for preordered now if anybody is interested also elite 63 is up as well all have a November 1st release date

My mom used to watch wrestling and was a fan in the 80s and 90s and when I show her some modern stuff she always points out Charles Robinson. |

Doesn’t mean they’d want them out there as a specific figure tho. A BAF for a generic referee shouldn’t be out of the question tho. Good enough idea to me. |

Right now Amazon has 43 new WWE figure listing that anyone can go see..43!! I'm sure some of them are 'place holders' while others will be actual releases. Are these 'leaks'? How the hell are we supposed to know and why should be care? Amazon posted them, we didn't hack their system or look off of some stores order sheet to get them.
