Mattel clearly likes legends like we do which is why they keep producing them. They have restrictions but in spite of that, they deliver. Keep going - keep creating never seen before legends in this line ... To the best of my knowledge, none of those guys have been signed to new contracts or had figures released since they joined the lawsuit. Whats weird though, is that 2 people who are on the list got figures while the concussion lawsuit is happeneing, (Warlord and Berzerker) does anyone know why they did? The lawsuit was officially filed 7/18/16: www.scribd.com/document/318679718/20160718-Wwe-Cte-LawsuitMy guess is Warlord and Berzerker, both released in 2017, had their deals signed and their figures were far enough along in production that they were allowed to be released. If I remember correctly, last year someone asked a similar question and the response was that the Warlord and Berzerker were so far along in the process (probably ready to ship) that they were given the okay to release those figures, but, any figure not close were put on hold (I think the Barbarian and Koko were speculated or rumored to be ones that were put on hold). |
