1. The Announcement of the upcoming figure.
This allows our imagination to run wild as to what costume, color, or look the figure will be.
2. The proposed rendering of the upcoming figure.
This lets us see their vision and answer number 1 so we can chime in like with Ron Simmons to ask for a larger frame or compliment it being dead on.
3. To see the completed figure.

I just want lots of retros and 205 Live, those are the only figures I collect. I hope there is more mid 90's guys/girls coming in the retro line. The Tozawa FC fig is my most wanted figure so I hope the new home for them is some place easy to get it from.

I highly doubt hogan will be a guest at sdcc. He is too big...way beyond Mattel and figures so I don’t even know if they would really want him there even though it would creat a huge crowd. It’s mattels show not Hogan’s. I’m sure it would be awkward for hogan also to have to answer certain personal questions at this venue, they will be asked even if not during the panel. Hogan's not too big. He was a guest a few years ago. |

Some members on this forum need a box of booty O’s. Anyways, the little help we get from our fellow members is great... Sometimes I don’t even know what’s coming or where certain exclusives will be sold, it’s nice to have someone reveal certain figure images or mocs when Mattel doesn’t. That’s one thing I don’t like about them, no news or anything of that matter. Even when Bill would chime in, he’d barely interact or just give out vague replies and yes I do understand he’s a busy guy. Maybe they should hire someone to customer polls etc.

The myster(io)y guest is probably Rey, he's a big part of the 2K game, they'll probably do a 2K19 special edition with an exclusive Rey, like last year's Cena set. The Hogan deal probably kind of undermines whatever they have planned, all they need to do is just say they can make him again at the panel and get a big pop, and maybe a couple boos from some starbucks boys.

Even tho it was said nothing new will be shown on preview night, I am sure the display will be shown with figures we’ve already seen. Hopefully there’s a blurry background photo like at Vegas or Toy Fair.

I'm kind of disappointed we don't get much of a heads up anymore from Bill on this forum. "They" get upset when leaked pictures pop up. Just a heads up, I don't buy figures that I don't want. Not because the pictures were released early... Got it Mattel These threads is starting to get stale with just assumption and prediction. I used to LOVE popping up on here to "actually see" or "know" what figures are getting released. That’s great. Bill doesn’t like photos being leaked, thus ruining any and every reveal they try planning. It kills the hype surrounding special events for them. Don’t like the way the forum is anymore? Nobody is forcing you to log in. Boooo you're terrible at making someone feel bad about themselves lol |

Its finally SDCC Week, but get ready to hear a bunch of complaining, because these threads every single year has complaining, Remember The Doll Fiasco from last year?, i remember complaining a little about it when it happened last year, but then i remembered they are targeted towards little girls and i just shut up about it, i have a feeling people are gonna complain if they don't show a Hogan figure, i want Mattel to make more hogan figures as much as the next guy, but he was just reinstated into the Hall Of Fame Yesterday
