For those who have tickets to the Foo Fighters tour, you’re in for a damn treat. I’ve seen them four times and this (4/26) was the absolute best they’ve ever been. Grohl is on a mission from the stars to save rock.
I’ve seen Andrew McMahon already and have tickets for Imagine Dragons and All Time Low for later this year. I had tickets for Weezer/Pixies and 30 Seconds to Mars but ended up not being able to go to either because of work. So that was a bummer.

he really is though. i've said it for a while now, he's a music fan before he's a musician and proves it time and time again. he just wants the fans to have a great time at foo shows
I saw Fozzy a couple of years ago, but the biggest name I've ever seen is Reba. Or Alabama, you decide who's bigger. And no, I'm not a big country fan, but Pittsburgh used to put on a free Jamboree every year and free is free, and I like Reba and Alabama.
Mostly I bar crawl for concerts with local bands. There's a tavern about five minutes from my house that always puts on live shows of all genres that I frequent even though I'm not a drinker, which is funny.
Best concert I've ever seen, again country, is Christian Kane. It was at a saloon, but I never in my life imagined a C list character actor from Angel, The Librarians, and Leverage could have such a soothing voice. I got to take a picture with him afterwards, but it got lost to the sands of time when my old phone bit the dust.

so the two nights of foo fighters were probably the best shows i've ever been to. the beautiful weather on saturday was cool and all, but the heavy rain on sunday made everything so much more awesome. dave grohl once again proves that he's on his own level

Haven't been to as many as years past. I only went to Machine Head in February and Everclear in May. My next planned show is Five Finger Death Punch and Breaking Benjamin.

I haven't been to any this year. I really wanted to see Gaslight Anthem for the thousand time but they don't have any shows near me. The last show I went to was either Mayhem or Kathleen Edwards I can't remember which one.

For real? Now I'm bummed I didn't go. I hate going to Fenway in the first place but if they were that good I should have made it. I've seen them so many times and it feels like more or less the same show every time so I didn't attach much urgency to it. I also heard some feedback from friends that they weren't that great this leg.
Got to see DJ Khaled accidentally put on a show in Brooklyn last Saturday. That was fun.

I used to go to so many shows I'd lose count. Now I have to rack my brain to remember the last time I went to one.
I suppose the last "big" show I went to was Kesha back in September of 2017. I'd like to see Ghost in December, but it's expensive, so I'm not going to.
