The real question is, if this flops, are we getting bra and panties matches back?

- Nobody gives one flying about Reigns/Lesnar.
False. This thread alone has several pages of people going nuts about it.

to be fair, I doubt anybody, even His own kids could change Vince's stubborn mind even if they wanted to. and Kayfabe has been dead since the curtain call. doesn't bother me.

Wasn't the whole segment about the fans and using their voices to "give the women a chance" I'm pretty sure they said it was because the fans wanted it...

This is bigger than the RAW thread. It’s an overall indictment of the BS of WWEs women’s revolution. No it’s not, it’s just your opinion on the Women’s Evolution. I can see this thread just turning into another Stephanie/WWE bash fest and eventually getting locked. I have no problem with the Women getting their own PPV in WWE, hell I don’t even mind Stephanie being at the forefront of all the announcements despite absolutely hating her character. My only problem is WWE’s way of advertising, they’re going to repeat it over and over again and beat it like a dead horse the same way they did with the WWE network, WWE app, Women’s Royal Rumble etc. It is though, WWE is pushing this as if they are the heroic rescuing and torch bearers of women’s wrestling and that isn’t the case. TNA already pioneered this among major brands. Also you can go look at the whole Saudi Arabia issue, you catered to a misogynistic society and excluded all women. You can’t now start saying the opposite especially since you are going to go back there again under the same format. I’m criticizing the messaging and marketing of this under the auspices of WWE and “empowerment” of women in wrestling. It’s fake and cheap. Hopefully the PPV has some quality matches.

True but I feel like it would be better to pretend it does at least on your content and programming. Like RAW and Smackdown and PPV should pretend kayfabe is real, while other Network stuff can divulge out.

First of all, WWE (and Stephanie) last night openly gave credit to the fans and the talent on several occasions. I didn't hear Stephanie demand credit for anything. She wasn't in character and I thought they all did a great job with it. Problem is, some had already predetermined what they thought she would say, and probably didn't listen to anything that was actually said.
Secondly, how do we know Stephanie wasn't behind this movement all along? The women first got going in NXT. NXT is ran by Stephanie's husband. So it's entirely possible that they had discussed giving the women a chance in hopes of eventually changing Vince's mind. Once the ball got rolling, and hashtags trending, Vince had no other choice to change with the times. MAYBE that was all part of their plan from the get go? We don't know what goes on in the back no matter how much we like to pretend we do.

Didn't Stephanie sit front row at NXT shows for the women's matches before NXT was even really super over with the smart marks??
Stephanie straight out said that it was the fans who gave the women a chance, before the WWE did. Which I also find ironic now, because these fans wanted Nikki and Brie Bella matches to be more than 30 seconds, but then bitched and moaned when Nikki was dominating the women's division a few years ago... soo.... yeah....

Being John Cena’s girlfriend. 2. Beat AJ Lee’s Diva’s title record. Yeah she’d improved but there were loads of other women we wanted as champion instead of Nikki Bella. So there’s no irony there at all, it’s not fans crapping on the women, it’s fans crapping on Nikki Bella, there’s a difference.

After Brock Lesnar gets his ass kicked by Daniel Cormier, Bobby Lashley would be the only money fight he would have left in MMA. Lashley's working for Bellator which is UFC's rival so that won't happen. He's not in Bellator anymore.

False. This thread alone has several pages of people going nuts about it. Vince.....is that you? People are in this thread complaining and not wanting to see it. I would say that equates to most not giving a crap. I only care or give attention to things I want to see, not the opposite

It sucks that Roman is getting yet another title shot, but if it means Brock drops the title, Im all for it. Rather have Roman be champion than a champion that appears 4-5 times a year if this is our choices.

I have no issue with Stephanie McMahon being the representative of the women's division, She is kinda the general manager of the women's division. They can fill up a 3 hour pay per view with all women. you have a lot of women from both brands, NXT has a ton of women both that appear on screen and women that haven't been on NXT tv and just wrestle the live events.

This could’ve just went in the RAW thread tbh. You're 100% right.
