No real order: -Spencer Fisher vs. Sam Stout II from the last Fight Night, what a war. -BJ Penn vs. Jens Pulver II from the Ultimate Fighter 5 finale, Penn owned him. -BJ Penn vs. George St. Pierre from UFC 58. Penn won that fight, terrible call. -Forrest Griffin vs. Tito Ortiz from UFC 59. Forrest won the fight. Another crap call. -Randy Couture vs. Chuck Liddell from UFC 43. Randy owned Liddell the whole fight.

Cabbage is insane..Dude can take a hit.
Another honorable mention is Frank Shamrock vs. Tito Ortiz.
Ortiz got owned..but it was a different ballgame back then, I think things would be different if they fought again today.
I still think Shamrock would win, but It would be more of an even fight.

People do know that great fights happen outside the Octagon don't they? Yes, but the UFC is the biggest MMA organization for a reason. They, simply put, have the best talent out there.

Yeah because PRIDE was marketed mostly in Japan and done so by the mafia. And when they were going downhill Zuffa bought them out. UFC wasnt exactly anything special untill Dana got into it.
Anywho, I was always more of a PRIDE fan, but Im glad to see most everyone going to UFC. Im still waiting for them to secure Fedor and Josh Barnett. They could use some heavyweight competition.

I don't think UFC will ever get Fedor.
It would be nice...and in my opinion he would be the only PRIDE fighter that wouldn't disappoint upon arrival in the UFC.
I'm hoping it does happen, but I really doubt Dana will be able to get him

Yeah but for a long time it's fair to say that Pride were putting on much better shows & fights. The recent UFC they called "stacked" whilst having a great looking card was no better than the majority of Pride's events which generally was packed with quality matches.

I'm hoping it does happen, but I really doubt Dana will be able to get him Apparently the hold-up in negotations is that Fedor wants to be free to compete in Sambo tournaments, but Dana only wants an exclusive contract. I think Zuffa will cave on this in the end, Fedor losing in a submissions wrestling match wouldn't exactly harm his rep as the best Heavyweight. Fedor knows if he wants to maintain his position as N0.1 Heavyweight he has to go tom UFC as apart from Josh Barnett & Mark Hunt they've got every other credible Heavyweight fighter. I hope it happens myself as so many fights, Fedor vs. Couture/ Crocop 2/ Nogueira 4/ Tim Sylvia/ Brandon Vera/ Arlovski etc. I'm personally expecting a shock announcement after the Heavyweight title match on Saturday night. Out comes Fedor & the Unification match is on for their New Years Eve show along with Hughes vs. Serra & Chuck vs. Silva.

I actully enjoyed Forest vs Stephen for a spot in UFC. It was a great fight. It's cool to watch Shogun kick ass too.

I love Forrest but two key factors i would like to point out about his match with Ortiz, Ortiz deserved the win and he was fighting with an injury. It was close no doubt but not to close to call.

^^^
THANK YOU.
I thought I was perhaps favoring Tito just because I am a huge fan of his and everyone else was seeing something in that fight that I did not. It was not close at all in the beginning Tito got the take down a couple times with an injured knee...multiple elbows to the head..it was a great fight and I give Forrest his dues, but in no way was it a close decision.
