I was thinking during The Undertaker's match: If he were this broken down and giving these sorts of performances on the indies, we'd all be saying how sad it is and how past it he is, and how pathetic it is that he just can't seem to let go. But, because he's in WWE doing it, he's a legend who has earned the right to go out when he's ready and on his own terms. I love The Undertaker so much, and cried like a baby at the posh match stuff at WM33, but every time he appears now makes me more and more sad. It's time. Dude the hottest thing on the indies right now is 50 year old, half blind and insane Jean Pierre LaFitte....... Taker on indies in 2018 would be bigger than Hogan in 85’ lol dude PCO is in way better shape then Taker is, I dont think Taker would be wrestling if he left the WWE

Looks like they’re setting up an angle where Miz’s shoulders were never down

Everything was good except Miz vs Bryan. Whoever booked that deserves an ass kicking.

Here's what Ive taken away from this show... Buddy Murphy won a title which means he wont be released, which means he wont be sent back to Australia (here on a work visa) which means he will likely still marry Alexa Bliss one day, which means I wont. My odds went form 0.000000000001% to 0.0% He’ll get his, don’t you worry. We’ll get him one way or another

Listen, I know Undertaker is old. He’s 53. But why does he move and wrestle worse than Flair did in his 50’s and 60’s? Flair was a full time wrestler too. Taker has so much off time, he doesn’t travel, he has a lot of time to work out.
Flair has never been a muscle guy with incredible stamina and athletic ability, yet he still could go for long periods of time and put on a stellar match.
Kane, who is also only 2 years younger than Undertaker and has been wrestling almost full time the past 8 years that Undertaker hasn’t been, and he moves around at triple the speed Taker does.
I know Undie has had some surgery but I feel like it isn’t a good enough expelantion as to why he’s not able to do things in the ring and keep up the way guys his age and close to his age have been able to do now and in the past.
Something else has to be wrong with him and I’m curious as to what. Unless it’s all part of his shtick to have it seem like The Deadman is dying and can’t do what he once was able to do🤔

You're right though. I look at Taker and think "Man he's a broken down old man that doesnt need to be in the ring"....but then I see Kane come out and think "Hey he can still put some guys over"

Goodbye Samoa Joe.Might as well hand him his termination papers. What a joke But if they get a huge money deal from Captain Hook and hold a big PPV show in Neverland called WWE BANGARANG, wouldn't you want Samoa Joe on the show?

Taker has so much off time, he doesn’t travel, he has a lot of time to work out. Flair was extraordinarily lucky/resilient - from his 80s heyday to his retirement, he was almost never injured. Undertaker was needing time off for injuries back in the early nineties, there was talk of him retiring even before the attitude era. He's been worn down since he was young.

At least some of it is the bigger toll athletic endeavors take on big men. Whether it's basketball, football, wrestling, etc. the bigger the man the worse shape he is in when he gets up there in years. Comparing Flair to Taker is like comparing Michael Jordan to Shaq. In their prime they could both go and were great. When they hit the twilight of their careers, it was much easier for Jordan to keep going but Shaq was a broken down old man.

Just finished it. That HHH/Taker match was so dreadful and embarrassing. Styles/Joe was great, the rest was so-so, about what I expected.

I expected the IWC to go nuts over the Cruiserweight match because spot monkeys can never be fully deleted, and fans love it. I would wager to be 90% of the reviews are saying it was MOTN, when reality, the better in-ring story was AJ and Joe. I thought Daniel and Miz would have been better because of the drama surrounding it, but it never got going because of the outta nowhere end. Interested to see how they incorporate it into a story, because Miz posted on his IG that Bryan cheated to win, and showed a pic of his shoulder off hte mat.

Show was enjoyable to me.
Yes, Taker is breaking down. But I say let him have his moment before it's over. There will NEVER be another.
Glad the cruiser-weights were given time to shine. If they'd let them on the regular ppvs during the actual show, maybe more people would care about the division?

Does anyone know of financial reports listing the gate for the event? I want to know how much of a financial success this was.
