Seriously how do you pull off such clean designs? You are easily one of the most talented customisers I have seen in some time. Just speechless I use a small broken paintbrush and a lot of going back to clean up lines, stopping just before it drives me insane lol |

I probably shouldn't post mistakes, but it might be useful for new customizers. I finished this very soon after it was commissioned, however I screwed up in my rush and had to do it over. •Make sure you're using the correct black! I usually basecoat in "Rubber Black" because it accepts more paint on top very well. This time I accidentally used "Flat Black" for cleaning up lines, instead of Rubber Black, so when I sealed the figure the black areas looked very patchy. •I couldn't mix hot pink so I bought some Testors Hot Pink Pearl. I didn't realize it was semi-translucent so when I went over my initial streaky pink lines I got different shades as a result. I'm not happy with how it came out and will probs revisit it some other time.  |
